Band Stories

Poppin'Party

  • Colorful, Poppin' Candy: Poppin'Party clashes with the local adults over performing at the annual downtown festival.
  • Double Rainbow: Poppin'Party is at unease and begins to drift apart due to an incident where Arisa's stress gets the better of her.
  • Poppin'Party is Born!: Poppin'Party's Origins Episode and a retelling of the events of the anime's first season. Kasumi forms a band in search of the "Star Beat" she heard as a child.

Afterglow

  • Afterglow, The Same As Always: Afterglow signs up for Girl Jam, but Ran's dedication to band activities puts her at odds with her father, who wants her to pursue flower arranging instead.
  • Tied to the Skies: Ran's bandmates worry about being left behind as she continues to grow, in addition to having difficulty understanding her song lyrics.
  • ONE OF US: The girls of Afterglow are outraged when a venue turns out to be recruiting based on a band's popularity over their sound. However, this outburst turns out to have unforeseen consequences when venue after venue begins turning Afterglow away.

Pastel*Palettes

  • Pastel*Palettes, The Beginning: Pastel*Palettes' Origins Episode. Aya's dreams of becoming an idol finally come true...or so it initially seems, as she and her newfound bandmates are forced to rebuild their reputation after a disastrous first concert.
  • Luminous Once More: With the girls becoming increasingly busier with solo events, the agency ends up making the decision to put band activities on hiatus, forcing the girls to rethink their dreams.
  • TITLE IDOL: The agency introduces a sister group to Pastel*Palettes named ViVidCanvas, but tensions arise when ViVidCanvas begin eclipsing Pastel*Palettes' popularity.

Roselia

  • Bloom of the Blue Rose: Roselia's Origins Episode. Yukina creates a band with the goal of entering the prestigious Future World Fes.
  • Neo-Aspect: Roselia receives mediocre reception at an SNS event, leading to Yukina regressing into her old Ice Queen behavior.
  • Sprechchor: After their successful performance at Future World Fes, Roselia receive a contract offer from a music agency. However, as a final test the agency wants them to perform "LOUDER", the song that Yukina inherited from her father... and the song she retired after finally achieving their dream.

Hello, Happy World!

  • Smiles To The World! Hello, Happy Union!: HHW's Origins Episode. Kokoro forms a band with the goal of making the world smile.
  • I Need You!: As Hello, Happy World tries to revive a failing amusement park, Misaki's insecurities regarding her position in the band come full circle.
  • Niconiconnect!: Hello, Happy World travel across the globe to the Kingdom of Happinell, whose princess identical to Kanon has never smiled.

Morfonica

  • Morfonica, To the Sparkling World: Morfonica's Origins Episode. Mashiro is inspired by Poppin'Party's performance to form her own band, but begins to have second thoughts after their initial performances meet a negative reception.

  • RAISE A SUILEN ~Raise the Curtain~: RAISE A SUILEN's two-parter Origins Episode and a retelling of the events of the anime's third season.

  • It's MyGO!!!!!: MyGO!!!!!'s Origins Episode and a retelling of the events of BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!! anime.

Game Event Stories

     Season 1 
  • Sakura Blooming Party!: The girls have a sakura-viewing party at Kokoro's Big Fancy House. Arisa tries to hold in her anger over the chaos that ensues.
  • A Song Unfinished: Yukina discovers an unfinished song written and composed by her father.
  • Happy Phantom Thief and the Luxury Cruise: Kokoro invites her bandmates to spend the night on her family's cruise, only for a mysterious figure calling herself the "Happy Phantom Thief" to suddenly show up and abduct Kanon.
  • Rimi's Gift of Song: It's Yuri's birthday, and Poppin'Party is invited to perform at her birthday concert, so Rimi decides to compose a new song for her. However, they only have a week to prepare.
  • Searching For Stars: Kasumi and her friends go stargazing.
  • As Evening Clears: Afterglow reminisces over the band's middle school origins.
  • Run Away Rabbits!: Tae, Arisa, and a few of their schoolmates deal with some rabbits who escaped from the school's pet club and are running around the school.
  • Past Aspirations and Pastel Futures: Aya is distraught after learning the idol group she looks up to is breaking up.
  • The Impromptu Wedding Dress: Saaya is asked to model as a bride for a wedding-themed photoshoot.
  • Don't Leave Me, Lisa!: Lisa has to work overtime at her part-time job, leaving the rest of Roselia at unease.
  • Wish Upon a Tanzaku: Hina wants to invite Sayo to a Tanabata festival.
  • Tomoe SOS! Ako's Grand Nursing Operation: Tomoe catches a cold. Luckily for her, Ako is there to nurse her back to health.
  • When The Flowers Bloom: Chisato has trouble adjusting to her role for a play, not helped by the director being kind of a prick.
  • Happy Summer Vacation: Himari wants to go to the beach with her bandmates, but they have other plans, so she ends up going with a few girls outside of Afterglow.
  • A Rhythmic Beat: Fireworks Festival: Poppin'Party goes to a festival, but the members end up getting separated.
  • The 6th Afterglow: Himari leaves her textbook at school, but when the girls go to retrieve it, they end up getting locked in.
  • A Rose's Name in a Transient World: Kaoru and Chisato are to perform as Romeo and Juliet for Haneoka's Culture Festival play. The story primarily focuses on their relationship and exposes some of Kaoru's Hidden Depths.
  • Hello, My Happy World: Misaki slowly realizes that she genuinely enjoys being a part of Hello, Happy World.
  • Pastel*Palettes! Deserted Island Idols: Pastel*Palettes participates in a Robinsonade TV special, with the reward for completion being a new song.
  • Always Halloween! For Kokoro: A Halloween Episode in which Kokoro hosts a candy-gathering competition.
  • Umbrella In the Autumn Rain: Sayo has trouble finding her sound. She finally realizes that she's been bottling up her insecurities regarding her strained relationship with Hina.
  • Tearful Smile Anchor Runner: It's Hanasakigawa Sports Day, but the normally athletic Hagumi isn't as cheery as usual.
  • Cooking Class Craziness: Sayo decides to attend a baking class at Hazawa Coffee-and ends up making an unexpected friend in the process.
  • Welcome to Eve's Home Party: When Eve's friend from Finland schedules a trip to Japan, Eve decides to host a welcome party for her.
  • Someday, A Poem for You: Lisa wants to be of more help to Roselia, so she tries to write some lyrics. It's not as easy as it sounds.
  • Happy Poppin' Xmas: Poppin'Party hosts a Christmas show.
  • Azure, Shine Bright: Afterglow is asked to write a song for Pastel*Palettes, but their different styles make this easier said than done.
  • Little Smiley Steps!: Kanon finds and bonds with a baby penguin that somehow escaped the local aquarium.
  • New Years! Omikuji Madness: It's New Years Day, but Eve ends up with the omikuji for ill fortune.
  • Fun! Fun! Circling FIVESTAR: Marina asks Poppin'Party to perform at a festival in which various livehouses are represented.
  • Neo Fantasy Online-Journey: The other members of Roselia partake in the MMORPG Ako and Rinko regularly play.
  • Hectic Happy Valentine's: Arisa makes chocolates for her bandmates, but Moca ends up running off with them and she has to retrieve them before it's too late.
  • First Time?! Winter Sports: The girls go to the mountains to indulge in some winter sports.
  • What a Wonderful World!: Pastel*Palettes hosts a meet-and-greet.
  • Kaoru's Fleeting White Day Musical: Kaoru wants to give back to her fans for White Day, so she decides to put on a musical.
  • Backstage Pass: A 10-part story commemorating the game's first anniversary and giving focus to the original five bands as they prepare for their respective shows.
  • Let's Go! Sunset Adventure: Afterglow travels to and spends a day in Enoshima.
  • Blossoming in Largo: Rinko tries to get out of her comfort zone and find a club that suits her.
  • Unwavering Will, Blazing Bushido: A fight breaks out at one of Pastel*Palettes' release events, and it derails into a Flame War. Things go From Bad to Worse when Eve intervenes to try and stop the fighting.
  • A Fair and Fluffy Competition: Misaki enters a Fluffy Mascot competition, but it turns out that Hagumi has entered as well.
  • Girl's Anthology: Moca is feeling down over one of her favorite manga series coming to an end, so she and the other girls try to fill in the void by coming up with ideas for their very own manga.
  • Beatin' in the Rain: Kasumi, Kokoro, and Misaki accompany Tomoe in playing taiko for the local festival, only for the rain to interrupt their performance.
  • The Cursed Well and the School Spirit: The girls at Haneoka gather for a school cleaning, but upon being reminded of a particular rumor, they decide to investigate its circumstances.
  • Sundays at a Distant Park: Kasumi and Hagumi try to find the park where they used to hang out as children.
  • Happy Adventure! Treasure Island Smiles: Hello, Happy World spends a day at Happy Happy Island to embark on a treasure hunt.
  • Go! Phantom Thieves of Twilight: Taking inspiration from the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, the girls of Afterglow infiltrate the Tsurumaki residence at the request of the Happy Phantom Thief.
  • Sparkle! Summer Dive: Tae, Arisa, Eve, Kokoro, and Hagumi spend a day at the beach.
  • Growing Up Sisters: Tomoe begins to worry about Ako relying on her less and less.
  • Summer in the Shining Land of Water: Roselia spends a day at a well-known water park, with Yukina using this as an opportunity to get to know her bandmates better.
  • Before the Start of a New Season: Poppin'Party spends a day at the shopping mall.
  • A Dreamy Promenade: Kanon and Chisato spend a day together in hopes of checking out a recently-opened cafe, but Misaki is worried about Kanon due to her tendency to get lost.
  • Trick or Escape: Pastel*Palettes partakes in an escape the room TV special for Halloween.
  • Arisa's "Not Bad" Day Off: Arisa finally gets a day to herself, and she wants to use it to try and get to know Ran and Himari.
  • Backstage Methods: Aya and Rinko help out with the Haneoka Theater Club's latest production.
  • Steadfast Pride, Piercing Sunset: Afterglow challenges Roselia to a battle of the bands.
  • Wholehearted Song for Me: Rimi falls into a creative slump trying to come up with a song for the downtown area.
  • Memories of Christmas: Afterglow reminisces over the day Ran joined their friend circle, as well as their first Christmas together.
  • Winter Sky Marché: Hagumi participates in the local flea market as a vendor with the help of some friends.
  • Twin Star Ensemble: The Astronomy Club is in danger of getting shut down, but Hina is determined to make sure that doesn't happen.
  • We're All Here! New Year's Party!!: Aya and Kasumi host a talent show for the CIRCLE New Year's party.
  • My Ideal: Maya's insecurities over being an idol come full-circle.
  • A Fleeting Night's Dream: Misaki is feeling down after an argument with her parents, so Kaoru does her best to try and cheer her up.
  • Whom are the Chocolates for?: Himari tries to find the best chocolate to give her bandmates.
  • A Day Off Downtown: Saaya, Tsugumi, Hagumi, and the Udagawa sisters spend their day off together.

  • Dance, FULL BLOOMING!: Aya and Kanon host a (significantly less chaotic) sakura party.
  • Cycling Seasons, Fresh Skies: The girls of Afterglow, now second-year students in the same class, realize how much they've changed over the past few years.
  • School of Flowers, Away in a Corner: Newly-appointed Student Council President Rinko and secretary Arisa struggle to socialize with each other.
  • The Mole Person Transport Mission: Pastel*Palettes stars in a sci-fi film involving a talking mole alien.
  • Determined Darkness, Blue Rose Pride: Ako struggles to find her own definition of "cool."
  • Smile Patrol! Reporting for Duty!: Hello, Happy World goes around town doing nice tasks such as picking up trash and watering flowers.
  • Flowery June Bride: Eve invites some of her friends to model as bridesmaids for her next photoshoot.
  • Noble Rose-Bearing Flowers: Lisa ponders her reason for wanting to reach the top with Roselia.
  • Band Girls of the Dead: Rimi invites some of her friends to partake in a zombie movie marathon. Things quickly go awry when they leave the theater.
  • Hopeful Session: Maya tries to find the origins of a song track she discovered in a cheap CD player.
  • Stand By You!: Inspired by Lisa, Himari vows to become a better role-model.
  • Just Our Summer Vacation: Pastel*Palettes gets a much-needed day off that they spend at the beach.
  • Summer, Slow Summer: Kaoru invites Tomoe, Eve, Saaya and Rimi to her uncle's villa.
  • A Summer Night, Poems Across the Water: Hello, Happy World attends a festival in hopes of finding inspiration for a haiku they need to write for homework.
  • Noble Rose-Guide in the Darkness: Ako worries about Roselia's future after Future World Fes.
  • Boppin' Down the Hallway: Hina wants to make improvements to Haneoka, but Tsugumi has trouble keeping up with her.
  • Dreams, Reality, and a Hundred Poems: Sayo and Aya make plans for a One Hundred Poems tournament at Hanasakigawa.
  • Poppin' Halloween Parade: Poppin'Party joins a Halloween parade.
  • Do It Ourselves!: Misaki and Lisa join a crafts market and need to prepare goods.
  • Separate Paths and the Sky that Connects Them: Moca has trouble dealing with Ran's increasing interest in flower arranging, not helped by the fact that she's hiding her feelings.
  • Autumnal Heartfelt Letter: Rimi wants to show Yuri the beauty of autumn.
  • Devotedly Towards my Dreams: The other members of Pastel*Palettes film a special focusing on Aya's daily routine, but she's quite self-conscious about it.
