Hashiri-Ken: PARARIRAPARARIRAPARARIRAPARARIRA...

Following Taiya being taken out of action, the Boonboomgers are struggling to maintain ground against Madrex without him, and what's worse, the ISA wants to promptly disband the team!

As everyone is faced with the dilemma, Bundorio suddenly speaks up, revealing the story of how he first met Taiya and how their dream started...

Tropes

  • After-Action Patch-Up: While it's not unusual for the heroes to be wrapped in bandages after major fights like with Taiya, special mention must be made of Yaiyai, a character shaped like a toy car, getting this treatment from Decotorarde and Itarsha.
  • Brick Joke: In the last episode, Saibu was trying to give a Belora character song CD to Boondorio. Saibu's nerves get the best of her, so Ishiro decides to give it to Boondorio, who mistakenly believes that Ishiro was the one that bought the CD for him. Saibu is seen after trying to call attention to the fact that she was the one that bought it.
  • Curb-Stomp Cushion: While MadRex is able to hold his own against the team, he eventually gets overwhelmed by the sheer power of Boonboomger Robo Knight.
  • Hypocrite: While Decotorarde and Itarsha commiserate with Yaiyai on the latter's abuse by MadRex, they're still not above yeeting their fellow Sanseater into their abusive boss's hands so that he could grow giant-size.
  • Mythology Gag: Boonboomger Robo's motif and pose strike a resemblance to Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger's theme.
  • Previously on…: A recap of the last episode is told by Decotorarde and Itarsha, rather by the Boonboomgers.
  • The Reveal: Bundorio reveals that he was formerly a racer in the BBG, in that an accident had caused his racing license to be revoked. Wandering the cosmos Desperately Looking for a Purpose in Life led to him crashing onto Earth and meeting Taiya, who fixed him up and took him in. Boondorio revealed that his dream was to re-enter the BBG once more, which quickly became Taiya's dream as well, but this time with him as the driver while Bundorio is the mechanic.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: The revelation that Taiya established the Boonboomgers not as a planetary defense force but as a racing team for the Big Bang Grand Prix leads to the ISA threatening to shut their deal down and have their agents take possession of the Boonboomger arsenal, as a reluctant Saibu tells the team.
  • You Are Not Alone: Mira tells Taiya to stop shouldering the burden of Boondorio's dream all by himself, affirming that his dream is also the team's dream.
