Meatwad eats an important microchip that Frylock shrunk down and must find a way to retrieve it. Unfortunately, Shake gets his hands on the shrink ray and begins abusing it.
Episode contains examples of:
- Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!: When Frylock and Carl are trapped inside Shake's head, Meatwad gets distracted by the giant hot dog and then goes to sleep, failing to free them.
- Bigger Is Better in Bed:
- Carl insists that his penis is big enough as it is, but wishes to use the shrink ray to enhance its girth.
- Also, earlier in the episode, Shake twice insists on using the shrink ray to enlarge his "Johnson".
- Cruel and Unusual Death: Shake dies in the most brutal way possible: by having his tongue severed by a chainsaw.
- Dinner Deformation: The effects of the shrink ray turn out to be temporary when the miniaturized chip returns to normal size while inside Meatwad and stretches his body out into its exact shape.
- Extreme Omnivore: Meatwad consumes Frylock's microchip and later Shake's vomit, neither of which he receives a nauseous reaction from.
- "Fantastic Voyage" Plot: The plot involves Frylock having to shrink himself down and venture into Meatwad's anus to retrieve the microchip that he accidentally ate. This plan foils due to Shake messing around with the shrink ray, but later—in retaliation—Frylock, Meatwad, and Carl venture into Shake's head to control his actions; they take advantage of this ability by making him hit himself with a baseball bat and eventually killing him by making him chop his tongue off with a chainsaw.
- Foreshadowing: Shake wishes for the shrink ray to shoot a giant pool in their backyard. After he gains possession of the device, he is shown outside enlarging a shrunken version of Carl's pool, making his dream come true.
- Gag Penis: Carl uses the shrink ray to make his penis large enough that it not only makes it difficult for him to walk without literally dragging it, but giant crab lice emerge from his sweatpants.
- Heh Heh, You Said "X": Meatwad is clearly amused by Frylock saying "poop" (and prompts him to say it too).Meatwad: Look, we're adults in here. You can say it.Frylock: Uh, poop?Meatwad: [laughs] YOU SAID "POOP"!
- I Call Him "Mister Happy": Shake and Carl refer to their penises (or whatever qualifies as one for Shake) as "Johnson".
- Insufferable Genius: Frylock is shown to have shades of this in this episode.
- He gives a long-ass speech about improving microchip technology, which Meatwad and Shake clearly aren't interested in, hence why they're asleep until he reveals the shrink ray.
- Later, he acts like he has superiority over Meatwad simply for using more complex vocabulary.Frylock: Okay Shake, shrink me down and inject me into Meatwad so I can get that chip.Meatwad: How's that different from what I said?!Frylock: Because I said inject.
- Karmic Death: Shake dies by having his tongue severed by a chainsaw.
- Laser-Guided Karma: Shake's karmic justice is served when Frylock, Carl, and Meatwad venture into his head to beat him up with a baseball bat and eventually torture him to death via a chainsaw.
- Literal-Minded: Meatwad eats Frylock's computer chip, mistaking it for a potato chip.
- Oh No You Didn't: Shake has this reaction to Meatwad eating Frylock's microchip and attempting to outsmart him.Meatwad: Hey boy, you said it was a chip. So, where's the dip? Or am I looking at it?
Shake: Oooh, you did not even just do that! Oh no you didn't! Oh my God! - Resized Vocals: Frylock, Carl, and Meatwad's voices are all high-pitched when they are shrunken; Shake even laughs at Frylock's voice.
- Shout-Out: Meatwad compares his buttocks to Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome.Meatwad: My body consumes all material. It's like The Thunderdome in here, only, two men enter, no man leaves. Rated R. Starring Mel Gibson, and, Master Blaster.
- Shrink Ray: Frylock owns a shrink ray that he intends to use to decrease the size of a huge microchip. But Shake and Meatwad insist on treating it like a toy.
- Skewed Priorities:
- Shake is too busy messing around with the shrink ray to inject Frylock into Meatwad.
- Also, when Frylock and Carl are trapped inside Shake's head, Meatwad is too distracted by the gigantic hot dog to save them, so they resort to blowing up one of Shake's eyeballs to get out.
- Waterfall Puke: Shake vomits so much in reaction to Frylock's urine-filled "energy drink" that Meatwad has to store it in a bucket. He does it again when Meatwad informs him about Frylock's use of the word "poop".
