With preparations for the final battle, it starts with Hifumi reconciling with her daughter and Makoto. Skyler and his old friends have their reunion, alongside paying respects to Leonard’s passing. Ayase and Hitomi reconcile, while Ayase is given a battle armor for the final battles.
Other Phantom Remnants like Miki and Akane make their proper interactions. Akiko and Miki play Shogi, and a hilarious moment of Hifumi finding out in shock that her daughter and Walter had intercourse back in Loop 7. Shu and Haruka interact with a tamed baby Fafnir rex that is hatched, and is named Sougo.
Ayase and Heath have a passionate intercourse, knowing that they’re staying together as a couple.
In Shu’s dream, he interacts with the spirits of his parents, Jun, Hare, and surprisingly in a hilarious cameo: Dan Eagleman. Likewise, the Phantom Remnants interact with the spirits of their loved ones.
Now the day of the assault on Ward 24 has arrived. Shu’s name means ‘together’ in uniting the forces against the tyrannical organization.
