The king and queen of Lumpy Space ask Finn to track down their daughter and bring her home, but Finn and Jake are distracted by a group of frightened villagers who are being terrorised by a monster.

- Allergic to Routine: LSP has been living among the wolves for some time and they are clearly accepting of her but out of nowhere she starts to make up some drama amongst them, possibility out of boredom, projection or social isolation. She eventually smacks one of them on the snout for licking her, under the assumption this wolf is cheating on their partner, and the entire pack jumps her for it.
- Break the Haughty: LSP gets chased by the wolves, nearly lynched by the villagers, and finally made to realize she made her parents unhappy for no reason.
- A Day in the Limelight: The first of many for LSP.
- Pinball Protagonist: Not a very strong example, but lampshaded at the end. When LSP returns home, the king and queen thank Finn and Jake, to which Jake replies, "Eh, we really didn't do much."
- Rainbow Puke: LSP vomits a rainbow after eating tree bark.
- The Runaway: LSP in this episode, although she was already away from home enough to worry her parents.
- "Scooby-Doo" Hoax: LSP first accidentally and then deliberately pretends to be a monster to scare the villagers.
- Talking Animal: Subverted. Lumpy Space states the wolves that she hanged out with are normal, she just projected emotions onto them.
- Torches and Pitchforks: The villagers' final attack on LSP.
