"Animalism, the first "clan Discipline" of the Nosferatu is easily one of the most underappreciated supernatural abilities. Neonates usually see a few obvious uses for this power and tend to be terribly amused the first few times they are able to converse with alley cats, sewer rats and roaming packs of feral dogs. They may even enjoy the first time they "summon up" a few of these urban creatures to attack others on their behalf. Elders are quick to point out, however, that there are other uses for this Discipline beyond the vampiric version of "Monster Summoning."
