- Deconstructed: Bob's frequent nosebleeds have caused trouble, both for his personal life and his health.
- Reconstructed:
- Played For Laughs:
- Bob gets nosebleeds when in the presence of half-naked girls... and large amounts of food.
- The nosebleeds actually leave Bob's clothes bloodstained. The more they happen, the more drenched he looks.
- Bob gets nosebleeds whenever he's aroused, even if it's just "morning wood" or similar.
- Played For Drama:
- Bob's constant nosebleeds whenever Alice does anything slightly suggestive have strained the relationship between the two.
- The nosebleeds actually leave Bob's clothes bloodstained. He's later falsely accused of murder after finding a dead body and neglecting to change clothes.
