These are the hopeful gods of Kibou Go, a sub-division of the GUAG Psych Warfare. After the events of the Great Upheaval and the Pantheon Rebellion, they banded together with the goal of increasing the morale of the Grand United Alliance of Good, to encourage them to not give up, and silence the attempts at breaking cuties of the Grand United Alliance of Evil when needed. In other words, this is the Grand United Alliance of Good’s answer to the GUAE Liebertarian Movement.
Since the latter task often requires a good mood, they have a healthy relationship with the GUAG Lol Rangers. The fact that Yuuki Terumi often targets them to prove a point really cemented their Alliance.
Unlike the rest of the Psych Warfare, they aren’t afraid to enter combat if it’s required.

- Reason for joining: To help bring over as many people as he can over to the side of good, like he did for the once almighty Major Threat (now just called Jeff), the soul-stealing Black Cube Of Darkness, a robot that supposedly felt no emotion or morality he called "Beep Boop", and even his partner who was a former bounty hunter, Sylvia.
- Loyalty to Cosmos: Unbreakable. She is impressed with how positive he was in the face of even the worst circumstances, and is even more proud of how many people he converted over to the side of good. In return, he is happy with how nice and sweet she is, and loves the fact she is fighting for peace and love.
- Threat level to Melkor: In terms of fist to fist combat, low-medium. Wander has a serious mode that parodies some of Batman's older days, but besides that, nothing much. In terms of MENTAL threat, however...
- Melkor ranked him as an EXTREME. For starters, what Wander lacks for in fighting he makes up in spades with his good-nature. He has traversed the galaxy for more than 1,000 YEARS, and along the way has made not only many regular friends who would storm the pantheon if they heard that someone seriously hurt Wander, but also brought many villains over to the side of good through nothing but his own kind nature. While some of the more evil villains will likely be able to resist his influence, there are villains amidst the GUAE’s lower ranks who might be more susceptible. Add that to the fact that Wander greatly helps with boosting morale around the GUAG, and the end result is an individual whose influence could potentially pose a serious threat to the GUAE’s success. As such, Melkor is keeping his guard up and trying his best to delay Wander at every turn, until he can find a more permanent solution to the wandering weirdo.
