  • The climax of "What Happened?" After Tom has spent the whole episode watching people shoot themselves while explaining a suicide to someone else, unable to stop them, an officer donning a Slasher Smile appears in the doorway. He asks the titular question (which triggers the above event), forcing Tom to shoot himself, screaming all the while.
  • "The Orb". Imagine a mysterious, self-aware flying ball that is able to transform anything at will, and it doesn't just take control over your life, it becomes your very life, which means if you want to live, you cannot even complain about it, let alone destroy it. Also, there are millions of them taking over the world, destroying the city, and their babies can get directly into your body, and blow you into pieces from the inside out once they've grown. The Orb really is our life now.
  • "The Hole" DUNNNNN. A random hole that showed up in Tom's house, swallowed his girlfriend, his dog, and the local police, and he has no idea how deep it is. Then some Hole Person emerges. Here it's briefly softened by Tom shooting it. Then right back as Tom's not worried about the Hole DUNNNNN because of the Space Octopus, which promptly devours Alice. The only reason it's not soley listed here is because of how blase Tom is about the whole affair.
  • In the end of "Fire Man", the titular character (played by Tom), who is a super hero with fire powers, accidentally burns the chief of the fire fighters alive. The very last shot with the latter's melted nose and emptied eyes, revealing his skull features, can't be unseen. It then freeze-frames on said shot with a superimposed "THE END" and a light-hearted music.
  • "Magical Dream Bed". Ever wanted to see a child's arm being graphically snapped while he screams for his mother?
  • In "Tell Me Something I Don't Know", Tom essentially spends most of the video physically torturing Dan in a fit of rage, it's very unsettling to watch. It however becomes Nightmare Retardant with Dan attempting to tell Tom things he doesn't know... then there's the drilldo.
  • Throughout the "Russian Roulette" cartoon, Tom keeps shooting himself in the head but doesn't die, he progressively turns zombie-like as his face gets more and more torn apart and bloody and becomes increasingly incoherent and unintelligible, even Jacksepticeye's character feels uncomfortable in front of this pure gorefest.
  • "Where's the Baby?" is the story of two parents who find their baby suddenly vanished, only for its body to be found in the woods. The Nightmare Retardant that is the fact that everyone speaks in baby talk the entire time only helps a little.
