Nightmare Fuel / The Champions (2018)

• In the aftermath of the meteor destroying the Champions League Mansion in Season 3, after Gonzalo Higuain consumes all the emergency rations, Luis Suarez remarks to the camera that with the food all gone it's okay to eat people, and immediately goes after Giorgio Chiellini, with the camera abruptly cutting away. When Galactic VAR disallows the strike, a pile of bones next to Suarez is magically reverted to Chiellini. This means that Suarez went full cannibal and ate Chiellini in the ensuing chaos.
• Dejan Lovren's experience and presumable death in Liverpool's clone lab in season 4. The idea of being surrounded by a Clone Army aiming to Kill and Replace you with another clone of you is frightening enough by itself, but imagine said army being made up of clones of former teammates of yours, that is, people you used to be friends with, or at least trust. And don't get us started about the synchronized chanting.
  • "You'll never walk alone... You'll never walk alone... You'll never walk alone..."
  • There's also the Fridge Horror factor that kicks in when you realize that, within the show's universe, The Champions is a reality show. This means the series' in-universe crew set up cameras in the laboratory, and had hours' worth of footage of what was going on. Therefore, the crew either coldly left Dejan to die when he was attacked in the lab, or only reviewed the footage of the attack when it already was too late to save him and still chose to partially air it.
