"I'M NOT THE SANTA YOU KNOW! I'M BIZARRO SANTA, FROM THE ELECTROID DIMENSION!"

  • Space Ghost's second to last line in "Fire Drill", an out-of-nowhere existential question: "Where do we go when we die?"
  • The ringing sound that makes up the background noise in "Brilliant Number One" and "Brilliant Number Two". It's oddly disconcerting, and only gets more intense as the episode progresses.
  • While it's still very much a comedic episode, "Snatch" is still all kinds of disturbing. Replicating pods invade the studio and will kill Space Ghost, Zorak, and Moltar if they fall asleep. Any attempt to kill the pods only increases their size, and aside from brief snickering, the pods don't even make a sound or move, making them all the creepier. Not even guest Steven Wright is spared the pods' appetite, and screams/sobs in terror as he's killed off-screen. In the end, the trio falls asleep because they accidentally drink decaf instead of regular coffee, with the last shot in the cartoon being a trio of pods approaching the three and opening their teeth-filled mouths. Fade to black. (shudder)
  • The climax of "Girl Hair" also comes to mind. Bizarro Santa... just LOOK at it.
  • And the Burger Trench commercial from "Baffler Meal".
  • MOE 2000's 'death' in the episode "$20.01" may come across as creepy to some.
    MOE 2000: Space Ghost...Space Ghost...you're the most...way-way-way-way-way-way...way...
  • Heeeellooooooo, Tad... Bwahahahahahahaha... note
  • "Curses" has Space Ghost cursed by one of his foes to devour humanoid beings to survive. The episode begins with him having eaten one guest, and then proceeding to devour Moby and Emo Phillips, onscreen. (Yet, Shirley Manson is spared due to being a little too thin for him.) Despite the Limited Animation, it gets really creepy with his glowing red eyes and menacing demands for Moltar to bring on more guests. He eventually devours both Zorak and Moltar. It turns out to be literal Nightmare Fuel, given it's a dream of Kirk the Storyteller.
    • Another aspect that makes it especially creepy is Space Ghost's Villain Teleportation in this episode. Moltar attempts to flee at the end, only to get caught by SG manifesting in his control room.
  • That freakish eye on the monitor that unexpectedly shows up after the commercial break of "Switcheroo" (season 3).
    • A few episodes later in "Cookout", it appears again (thankfully it's only for a second). Space Ghost is appropriately startled.
  • Warren's...behavior towards Space Ghost. It Crosses the Line Twice, considering Warren is a sentient potted plant, but it's still unsettling to hear Warren's wheezing and attempt to assure Space Ghost that "love and fear are often the same thing".
  • "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed" ends with Space Ghost returning to the set with a sickle stuck through the top of his head after a fight with an HVAC repair guy, and the rest of the episode consists him acting more and more erratically while accompanied by a disturbing Drone of Dread which gives it a rather unnerving feel.
  • The "jack-in-the-box" Cartoon Network logo, with its sounds.
    • It's even worse on the episodes "Pilot", "Eldeweiss", and "Needledrop", with a series of strange electronic noises.
