Nightmare Fuel / Mystery Men

• Captain Amazing himself, while he initially seems to be just a greedy and reputation-obsessed jerk beneath his heroic façade, he proves to be an utter sociopath just as bad as his arch nemesis, Casanova Frankenstein as he has his foe released, knowing full well what catastrophe can come of it, all so he can continue to bask in his glory at the cost of innocents.
• What Captain Amazing warps into at his death, his face twisting into a deranged monstrosity before it solidifies into a burnt corpse with a grotesque face.
  "I don't think he's going to pull through."
  • Casonova Frankenstein suffers the same fate then Mr. Furious throws him into his Psycho-frakulater, causing his head to warp as it bursts into pieces as closes into the camera so the viewers gets a nauseating perspective of his skull bursting from the effects of the device.
  • At the end of the movie, we see that inside and underneath the machine is a whole cavern lined with horrible grinning mouths, similarly mutilated. Whether this is an alternate dimension that the machine channels its chaotic energies from or the lower part of the house warped by the Psycho-frakulater is never explained.
  • The Bowler's face starts to get similarly warped, as she's about to launch her ball into the maelstrom, but apparently, she wasn't exposed to it for long enough to cause permanent damage, because by the end she looks fine.
• Apparently even avenging himself by killing Tony P doesn't let Carmine pass over. He's going to be a skull stuck in a ball forever. ^note Granted, he could just be sticking around for his daughter's sake.
