Giuseppe "Pino" Donaggio (born 24 November 1941 in Burano, Italy) is an Italian musician, film composer, and singer. A classically-trained violinist, he was also a popular Singer-Songwriter in Italy in The '60s. His Signature Song was "Io che non vivo (senza te)", which was Anglicized into Dusty Springfield's classic "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me". Switching to film scoring full time after Don't Look Now, he's known for his collaborations with director Brian De Palma as well as his horror and fantasy film scores.

This composer provides examples of the following tropes:
- Associated Composer: For Brian De Palma, Barry Levinson, and Joe Dante.
- Gratuitous Disco Sequence: His score in Carrie combines "Psycho" Strings with funkadelic '70s cues. Most notably, the prom is given a disco theme, with ruffles on most of the characters.
- Ominous Music Box Tune: Used heavily along with the harpsichord in Tourist Trap.
- Recycled Trailer Music: If the film being advertised is an erotic thriller, expect to hear "Telescope" from Body Double.
- Standard Snippet: "Telescope" from Body Double, for sexually charged scenes.
