    • LMAO ^Explanation A counterpart of BALLS that replaces Lord X’s left pose with Starved’s right pose where he points straight at Tails with his mouth open combined with the above line, making it seem like he’s laughing at the viewer.
• Tails.exe is Gold's fursona. ^Explanation Both are Deliberately Monochrome undead Kid Heroes crying Tears of Blood from empty eye sockets with missing limbs. It helps that, according to "Pasta Night", a cover in Friday Night Funkin' Lullaby, Gold knows that Lord X and Hypno are friends.
• "I've come to make an announcement" ^Explanation Tying into an earlier meme about Eggman, having the famous first line of Eggman's rant of pissing on the moon before suddenly switching to Robotnik's segment of "Triple Trouble".
  • "I was just about to consume this delicious banana!" ^Explanation Similar to the above is Eggman eating a banana before switching to Robotnik's part of "Triple Trouble". This later evolved to include the always ravenous Starved, which switches out Robotnik’s segment of “Triple Trouble” for the Sonic 2 final boss theme segment from “Fight or Flight”’s instrumental.
• Lord Y ^Explanation Another character for Lord X's naming theme, as if he had one.

• fat fuck ^Explanation A quote for a picture of Fleetway Super Sonic as a fat and round plush, usually with the first few verses of Chaos accompanying it.
• "WE'RE PLAYING (X)"^Explanation A quote on an image of Lord X dragging Tails by the legs, the latter screaming a Big "NO!", often used as a Take That! towards the thing in question.
• "Tails! What the fu-" ^Explanation  A clip from runJDrun’s animation known as "NOBODY TALKS TO SONICS GIRL!" where Tails briefly flirts with Knuckles with the line "Ain’t no fun if the homies can’t have none." which prompts Sonic to say this line, leading to a cut to an edited image of Tails shrugging and Sonic with his arms limp in shock while a track from this mod (or any other FNF mod that features Sonic characters) playing over the image.
• Triple Trouble Remix^Explanation A classic Bait-and-Switch meme on Twitter where one of Xenophanes' parts in "Triple Trouble" is replaced by the infamous beta version of "Welcome" and posted under the guise of a "remix" or "remaster". Became a sort of Ascended Meme with the release of the 3.0 song "Personel", which has a riff from it.
• Majin and Xenophanes have a short discussion ^Explanation A voice-acted clip of Xenophanes getting tired of Majin constantly getting in his way and going too far before Majin proceeds to roast him like he's hellfire based on the scene from Grand Theft Auto V where Lamar roasts Franklin quickly became a popular subject of charting and animatics.
• Hey Majin, Majin guess what? ^Explanation  A voice acted clip where Lord X pesters Majin for something, and after Majin asks what he wants him for he simply responds with "BALLS" and laughs only to get kicked in the groin.
• “Drowning, Drowning, Sinking, Sinking” ^Explanation Lyrics from brodowo’s Triple Trouble With Lyrics set to the rhythm of the Sonic drowning theme. While somewhat repetitive due to both Xenophanes and Boyfriend sharing these lyrics during their first exchange, it is often seen as one of the more memorable segments of the cover thanks to the Narm Charm. It also works as a callback to her cover of Too Slow, which also featured these lyrics near the end of the song.
• EXE hates his creator ^Explanation Following the accusations against Revie_03, the director of version 2.0 and EXE's creator, and the announcement of EXE's removal from the mod, a slew of videos and memes depicting the titular faker berating his creator for her actions appeared, as an attempt to reclaim the character. Quickly became a Discredited Meme after the mod team made their disdain for it clear, finding it disrespectful.
  • "I WILL NOT BE REPLACED!"^Explanation An off-shoot of the above featuring a much more defiant take on EXE refusing to be removed from the mod (he was not "replaced", as is common theory), based off a cover of "Manual Blast" with him singing instead of Hog/Scorched. Once again this earned ire from those who just want EXE and Revie to stay gone, though it ended up receiving more positive backing this time around due to just focusing on EXE, along with a high quality mod of the cover.
• "I ate your doorframe"^Explanation Something Sonic.Exe/Xenophanes says followed by Boyfriend weeping in illusost's videos where he "sings" "Too Slow" and "Triple Trouble", likely gaining notoriety due to the absurdity of the action.
• There's a pipebomb in your mailbox ^Explanation  John Tay once composed a track called "Every generic Sonic.exe FNF song", riffing on many common tropes in Sonic.exe FNF songs. Someone paired this with an image of classic Sonic and Tails swinging their arms from side to side, and it's usually paired with the words "There's a pipebomb in your mailbox."
• Majin Sonic is Timmy Turner's dad^Explanation MarStarBro released a teaser for "Endless Encore" which swapped out the Sega Genesis samples for new voice samples which many pointed out sounded incredibly similar to Timmy Turner’s father, especially when he actually speaks shortly after Boyfriend starts singing ("The fun never ends!"). This lead to images that gave Mr. Turner all of Majin’s signature features.
• Hedgehog Stew. ^Explanation After the reveal of Starved Eggman, many people referenced this YTPMV where Eggman sings about turning Sonic into stew. Considering Starved successfully catches and eats Sonic, many had even hoped Sonic would be turned into stew to reference it.
• "DIGA BYE BYE" ^Explination A lyric from a Brazilian-Portuguese vocal cover of “Cycles” by Galaccine that roughly translates to “Say bye bye” . It gain quite a bit of love due to the singer having quite a hammy yet raw performance befitting of Lord X. It is usually paired with “Drowning, Drowning, Sinking, Sinking”. When it was announced the mod was canceled, it was also used as a way to send it off in a joking yet sincere way, essentially memeing through the sadness.
• Thicc Furnace/Furnace baking CAKE^Explanation A fanmade mod that features a song called "Tofu", where Furnace tries to feed Starved healthier foods. For reasons unknown to mortal understanding, Furnace is drawn with a massive pair of cheeks that bounce along to the music and his poses. This became a minor meme in the community, with swaths of people drawing Furnace with such a plush derrière and joking about him baking "cake".
• Starved ate the instruments.^Explanation  Someone managed to isolate the vocals for "Fight or Flight". These vocals alone sound just as good as they are with the instrumentals, causing fans to joke that Starved ate the instrumentals.
• Starved becoming Mecha Sonic's prey ^Explanation  A common joke among Metal Sonic's fans is Metal being pissed at Starved and Furnace for killing Sonic because now he can't prove himself better than Sonic. As such, covers where a Metal Sonic incarnation faces off Starved and Furnace became quite common. The most common Metal Sonic incarnation is Turbo Mecha Sonic, and given his attitude, well...

• Fatal Error tells a story ^Explanation Fatal Error recounts a story to Xenophanes of a one night stand where just as he pulls out his penis, the girl he’s about to sleep with pulls out her penis, which is bigger than his, Fatal laughs about it and Xeno is genuinely confused. It likely gained popularity due to the sheer absurdity of the situation.
• "The fun never ends!"^Explanation Leading up to the release of the Mario movie, the official account for the movie posted this quote, and several VS Sonic.EXE fans, in response, threw in a lot of links to "Endless Encore". MarStarBro caught on afterwards and apologised to Nintendo for the trouble caused.
