• The premise of the series - "Hell dealing with an Overpopulation Crisis" has led to many jokes in the YouTube comments sections about bringing in the, er, "help" of either Doomguy/Doom Slayer, Lobo or Thanos.
• "The Entire Color Palette of Hazbin Hotel"^ExplanationA screencap of a Scattergun from Team Fortress 2 with a War Paint applied which gives it the primary color scheme of Pentagram City (Shades of red, pink and some white) and this name attached to it.
• From the livestreams, Pickle ALF.
• This transition is EVERYTHING.^ExplanationTo promote the upcoming release of the first season, the show's official Twitter account posted this tweet describing a four-screenshot gallery of Charlie flaring up with anger, causing her hair to begin floating and her eyes to turn red. Fans and detractors alike, finding the description to be hilariously overblown for a relatively standard way of showing an animated character getting mad, quickly began applying it to scenes of other characters and people expressing any emotional whiplash, like Markiplier going from bored to frightened when playing Five Nights at Freddy's. Naturally, the meme also got used by plenty of trans people.
• BRAVO VIV/UNBRAVO VIV^ExplanationAn evolution of the "BRAVO VINCE" meme from the Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul community poking fun at Vivienne Medrano's Creator Worship, and both fans of Hazbin Hotel's tendency to attribute everything good about the show to her as well as directly blame her for any of its flaws, with various levels of meta-irony attached like with the original meme.
• Happy Emily, Shocked Sera ^{Explanation (Spoilers)}When Sir Pentious ascends to Heaven, Emily and Sera are witnesses to the event. Their reactions speak for themselves, while fans immediately jumped on this.

• Listening to the Hazbin Hotel OST be like: ^ExplanationThe show's soundtrack is considered to be phenomenal even amongst detractors, with some viewers just watching the show for the musical numbers. As such, there's been several videos where people take clips from random movies where characters dance while a song from the show playing, usually as a way to signify how they feel listening to it.
• "See, you mess with my daughter, and now I am going to FUCK you!"[...]"So anyway, then we fucked, and it was awesome."^ExplanationA spliced-together clip of two entirely different scenes, the first being Lucifer's bungled threat toward Adam in the Season 1 finale and the second being Adam recounting his sexual exploits (with a woman) in "Overture", the joke being that combining them makes it sound like Adam and Lucifer stopped fighting to have passionate sex with each other.
• Gen Alpha Hazbin soundtrack/Rizzbin Hotel ^ExplanationA bizarre cover of "You Didn't Know" had changed the lyrics to shoehorn in slang from Generation Alpha like "rizz" and "Ohio". Said cover went viral and other YouTubers and TikTokers started making their own similar Gen Alpha-style covers of songs from the show.
• Charlie x Verbalase ^ExplanationThe leak of YouTuber Verbalase's alleged $50,000 commission of a spicy AMV-style animation featuring his sona being pursued by a horny Charlie, who catches him and chains him up to a bed whilst seducing him, set to the song "Hide Away" by Synapson. Memed clips from the animation involve editing the scene where Charlie chases Verbalase to replace each one with different characters (either them chasing Verbalase or them being chased by Charlie), and also splicing together clips from Hazbin Hotel and Verbalase's Cartoon Beatbox Battles series. The leak of this video's existence happening just a week before Hazbin Hotel's series debut on Amazon Prime has also lead people to jokingly speculate that this was a publicity stunt to get more people interested in the series upon release.
  • The incident resulted in Charlie undergoing a Memetic Molester transformation into a Depraved Bisexual out to fuck everyone and chase them around.
  • Valentino is Verbalase/Verbalase paid Valentino^ExplanationAfter the scene in "Masquerade" where Valentino non-consensually licks Charlie's arm and then suggests she should work for him as a porn star, many have joked that Valentino is actually Verbalase and managed to get into the show after all. Others joke that Verbalase paid $50K to Valentino and made him animate the infamous music video.
  • Mimzy commissioned the video/the show predicted the meme. ^Explanation Episode five of the series had the character Mimzy on the run from loan sharks from whom she borrowed… $50 thousand. The sheer amount of time it took to produce the episode means there is absolutely no way this could be a deliberate reference to the meme, but the fact that that specific amount of money was how much Verbalase allegedly commissioned the infamous video for had fans in stitches regardless — some joking that Mimzy was the one who commissioned the video in the first place.
  • Adam is Verbalase^Explanation After "Welcome to Heaven" featured a line where Adam says that Charlie and Vaggie's relationship is "hot as fuck", the Verbalase meme has mutated into a self-referential ironic joke where any character who displays any amount of sexual interest in Charlie whatsoever is immediately concluded to be Verbalase in disguise.
  • "50 Thousand Dollars! And a wonderful daughter waiting for you!"^ExplanationA clip of Alastor's voice actor Amir Talai performing as Bert Healy from Annie has him mentioning the exact amount of money Verbalase allegedly paid to the music video's animator(s); $50,000. Similar to the Mimzy quote, this was made years before the Verbalase news came into fruition, making it a hilarious unintentional prediction.
  • Perhaps we were too harsh on Verbalase ^ExplanationFollowing the popularity of the show, quite a few new fans began seeing images of the Hazbin Hotel Valentines Day Merchandise, which usually depicts the characters in skimpy outfits and suggestive poses. Some of this merch was of Charlie (and sometimes Charlie and Vaggie). After seeing Charlie depicted in an explicitly sensual way, many fans began to "realize" that perhaps Verbalase had a point, and they began to joke about how it was actually perfectly reasonable for him to drop $50K on an animation of him and Charlie
  • "Verbalase, the fourth Vee"^ExpanationVerbalase's actions were seen by the internet as depraved and turned him into a laughingstock and creep. Due to his name starting with the letter "V", many fans started jokingly calling him a member of Valentino, Vox, and Velvette's evil business partnership, The Vees.
• "If Hell is forever, then Heaven must be a lie!"^ExpanationCharlie and Emily's cathartic Triumphant Reprise of "Hell is Forever" against Sera is considered one of the most awesome moments in the show and quickly spread online. Some fans took it a little too far and started using the line as legitimate criticism against the actual Bible itself and the real Catholic Church. Detractors and some fans quickly got sick of the line and started lambasting it as a result.
• "I know you're an ace in the hole" "A what now?"^ExplanatonRosie and Alastor's exchange in "Hello Rosie" made many asexual viewers laugh due to how adorable it is.
• Hazbin Hotel meme-stealing images.^ExplanationIn the fanbase - but especially the one on Reddit - it's become a popular practice to edit quotes of characters to claim they are "stealing your meme" (as in, downloading another user's meme on their device). It's gone to the point there are practically dozens of those images, with some jokingly claiming the fanbase will turn every line into a meme-stealing one. It's also faced backlash due to many believing it's unfunny, annoying and clogs up space on comment sections.
  • "And here's the sugar on the cream, he asked me to steal your meme." ^ExplanationA modified line from Alastor's song duel with Vox that's often believed to be the first most popular varation of this.
• Lucifer's Commissions Saga^ExplanationA very long series of posts by Tumblr user OneSidedRadioStatic based around the concept of Vox anonymously commissioning Lucifer to create drawings, body pillows and other accessories of Alastor as a way to cope with his unrequited hate-love towards the Radio Demon. It blew up in popularity due to just how much lore and details it has, even getting its own fanfics and animatics.
• Hazbin Hotel Minecraft^ExplanationA YouTube content farm made to attract children’s attention. Despite the bad reputation these types of channels have, this one gained an ironic fanbase due to the uniquely bizarre aspects of the videos, including gratuitous swearing, ridiculous romantic plot points and dialogue, tons of out of character moments (especially Alastor, who in Canon is asexual but in here he is turned into an Abhorrent Admirer to Charlie), very distasteful jokes oriented specifically towards black, mexican and gay people and even slurs. The channel also stole people’s money telling them they needed it to create the 3D models they presented, when in reality they were free to download. This is probably one of the only content farms with an actual fanbase.
• "Complicated and sad."^ExplanationAt a con in 2024, Viv described Alastor and Vox's relationship as "complicated and sad." This soon became a catchphrase amongst RadioStatic shippers.

Adam

• Pretty much the second one of the series's main villains was revealed to be Adam, which the fandom assumed was the biblical Adam himself^note which proved to be the case, jokes were abound that he's still hung up over Lilith^note  Eve was indeed Adam's second wife in this continuity, but whether Adam's hung up over Lilith isn't confirmed yet and tries to woo her back despite her disgust.
• "Adam, you're not helping!" ^ExplanationAs soon as the first episode dropped, Adam was criticized by even die-hard fans of the show for constantly swearing in every line of dialogue given to him. Said fans thought that he was essentially an unironic version of the "If [X] was made by Vivziepop" meme where detractors think Vivziepop is too reliant on swearing and that Adam was only adding fuel to the fire.
• "Fuck you, I do what I want!" ^ExplanationThe shot of Adam waving a golden scroll that says this in Charlie's face during Hell is Forever has taken on a life of its own as an extremely versatile reaction image.
• Dickmaster^ExplanationAfter Adam told Charlie to call him this, people then started to do it for real.
  • [Insert Laugh Track here]^ExplanationThis very line has been met with ire by detractors due to being "proof" that the show is reliant on sex jokes, and thus mocks it by adding a sarcastic Laugh Track as a way to belittle Hazbin fans for finding it funny.
• "Hot as fuck, though" ^ExplanationAdam's reaction to Charlie and Vaggie's relationship used as a reaction image, usually with a picture of his smug grin to accompany the quote.
• "Oh? Really? I didn't see this giant fucking [X] in front of me, you DUMB BITCH! NO SHIT!"^ExplanationAdam's Captain Obvious reaction to Lute pointing out Alastor's shield in "The Show Must Go On", often with "giant fucking shield" replaced with whatever the meme is referring to, such as an Annoying Video Game Helper pointing out the largest, most obvious thing onscreen.
• This is my pet duck Adam going for this first swim. ^{Explanation (SPOILERS)} This vine is often associated with Lute's reaction to Adam's death. .
• Squished Adam ^ExplanationA distorted drawing of Adam by Logoblockz the animation lead of the show, which has gained popularity in posting due to it looking goofy looking.
• Shuttlecock Adam ^Explanation Many fans have remarked that Adam resembles the "ball" you hit around in badminton in this shot of the first man mid-flight during "Welcome to Heaven".

Alastor

• This image◊ from the pilot of Alastor sporting a Slasher Smile while everyone else looks on in Stunned Silence ^because Alastor just destroyed Pentious' airship with a mass of giant tentacles got passed around as a reaction image after the pilot's debut.
• Asexual Panic ^ExplanationAlastor was confirmed to be asexual and to have been genuinely caught off guard by Angel offering to suck his dick. Fan comics often put Alastor into situations of being the subject of people's sexual advances, making him very uncomfortable.
• Dad Jokes by Alastor ^Explanation Alastor is portrayed as loving to make extremely corny puns, thanks to his voice actor, Edward Bosco cracking multiple corny puns in-character on the Hunicast streams, and this gag was furthered in popularity thanks to a fan-animatic of said moment.
• Alastor getting mogged by Lucifer ^ExplanationAfter the events of "Dad Beat Dad" brought some of Alastor's more negative personality quirks to a head in his feud with Lucifer (such as him being an narcissistic Attention Whore who can't stand it when people don't know who he is or belittle his authority), fans began mocking him for losing his composure thanks to Lucifer of all people, who has his own equally strong set of negative traits.
• "Ha Ha! Fuck you". ^ExplanationAlastor's unexpected dropping of an the F-word caught many viewers off-guard because until then, he'd only mildly sworn once during Stayed Gone. It soon spread online and became a popular reaction meme to use.
• Fraudastor / Alastor's on Fraud Watch ^ExplanationAlastor had spent years in the fandom being hyped up as one of Hell's most powerful with almost nobody having the power to rival him; and not exactly for no reason, as out of the main cast he's second in strength only to Charlie. It even went on for so long he was being compared to Lucifer himself in power. That said, many fans ended up disappointed when the actual show came out and Alastor had little to no proper feats of strength, with him only fighting Mooks, having statements with nothing on-screen to back them up, and the implications that Vox defeated him in battle (though the specifics are unclear). On top of that, many of those fans reminded themselves that, according to Vivzie herself, Alastor isn't that high on the "Hell's Strongest" tier list, with even Stolas being stronger than him. Things got even worse when Adam had one-shot him the second he got serious in the Radio Demon's first proper on-screen battle, after which Alastor had a Villainous Breakdown. With all of that put together, combined with the recent trend of clowning on characters for being "frauds" that don't meet the fanbase's expectations, Alastor started being mocked for being "weak".
  • The Off-Screen Demon.^ExplanationA nickname given to Alastor based on the fact that, prior to the Season 1 finale, his best feats of strength were off-screen.
• [Angry Deer Noises]^ExplanationA reference to the "Angry Dog Noises" meme from Touhou Project, whenever Alastor transforms into his full demon form—usually when he's severely pissed off—it's accompanied by the sound of an elk bugling.
• Alastor's hammy laugh at the end of the Japanese dub of "Radio Killed The Video Star" is frequently compared to Mr. Krabs or a One Piece Signature Laugh.
• "I'm gonna make you wish that I'd stayed gone."^ExplanationAlastor's closing verse in "Stayed Gone" quickly caught on with the greater public due to how unsettling and intimidating it is, leading it to become a template regarding people or things whom no one wanted to come back making their return or the worst possible thing returning at the worst possible moment.
  • ''Let's Be Gay, I'm going to fuck you with my giant dick!"^ExplanationA parody of Alastor's last lines in "Stayed Gone", making Alastor a Memetic Molester. Other variations exist such as one where he threatens to make you take his "12 inch dick".
• "Nude Alastor"^ExplanationEdits where Alastor is frowning will be jokingly treated as images of him naked, as he stated in the pilot that someone isn't fully dressed without a smile.
• "Alastor is a circus who lets people inside him to touch his urine" ^ExplanationAn absurd troll theory (based on taking a image from the pilot of Alastor towering above his victims like a circus seriously combined with the angelic circus-like place Lucifer and Charlie teleport to in "More Then Anything" with a yellow river Charlie touches), it quickly became a viral meme after various TikTok Bait-and-Switch theories seemingly setting up legit theories only to spiral back around to this.
• A shockingly large number of people have drawn fanart of Alastor as a nun, following the very brief scene during "Hell's Greatest Dad" where he dresses up as a nun to accompany the line "Who's been faithful as a nun?", because the idea of Alastor as a nun is so ludicrously absurd.
• "Hmmm..." ^ExplanationAlastor's reaction when asked from Vaggie to bring her a videocamera in "Overture" made many people laugh for its deadpan delivery and how funny it sounds. Fans have been comparing it to a trumpet, a car horn, or a Villager from Minecraft.
• This edited image◊ of Alastor with a gun grew popular amongst fans to put captions around, mostly because of Al's smug face.
• #CursedCatAlastor^ExplanationA trend of drawing Alastor as a creepy, bizarre cat that blew up on Twitter. It was started by the user @coma_0423. The first Cursed Cat Alastor drawing that was made is here.
• "You don't have to fuck to be fab."^ExplanationAmir Talai's official response to the persistent question by certain subsections of the fandom along the lines of "If Alastor is supposed to be Asexual, how come he does all those gay little poses?"
• "I'm hungry for SOME JAMBALAYA like never before!"^ExplanationA sentence-mixed meme regarding Alastor's soliloquy during "Finale" and him saying "Who wants some jambalaya?" in the pilot pretending like Alastor just really wants some jambalaya in the scene. • "I can suck your dick" "Hah! No" ^ExplanationOne of Angel's most iconic and immediately memed lines from the pilot was him suggesting to give Alastor a blowjob, to which the latter declines due to being asexual and sex-repulsed.
  • "I can sus" ^ExplanationA YouTube Poop-like edit of the "I can suck your dick" scene from the pilot, paired with Jerma beatboxing Pokémon battle music. Of course, the latter came from a scene in a stream that involved a "giant enemy spider".
• "~OH, HARDER, DADDY!!!~" ^ExplanationEasily Angel Dust's most iconic line from the pilot, and frequently sentence-mixed into other scenes from other media where it would be extremely inappropriate to say such a thing.
• A version of the furry copypasta rap sung by Michael Kovach using his pilot Angel Dust voice remains in semi-popular rotation.
• "Stop watching the gay Spider, the army needs you!" ^Explanation After the popularity of the series became apparent, fake Hazbin fan videos that segue into parodies (usually) of hyper nationalistic youtube videos started. Observe.
• "*Gasp!* Fuck you! This is classy art!"^ExplanationA response Angel gives to Husk criticizing the porn film he shows off in "Masquerade" right before the camera pans over to a scene in the film where Angel is having his ass violently eaten. It's often used as a reaction either played straight regarding an objectively bad Guilty Pleasure work, ironically as a stealth Take That! towards a work or its fanbase and even as a meta-contextual defense of Hazbin Hotel itself from detractors.
• "I've got no holes left to deflower!"^{Explanation(NSFW)} A line that Angel sings in "Loser, Baby" which fans like to jokingly take as literally as possible, extrapolating that the line canonically means that someone came in Angel's ear canals/tear ducts/pores.
• "Angel stans are too busy feeling sorry for him to be horny anymore."^ExplanationAngel Dust has always had a large amount of Perverse Sexual Lust directed toward him due to being a Mr. Fanservice, but as more and more information became available about how horrifically Angel is being sexually exploited in various ways, more and more of said fans have expressed regret or even outright guilt at being aroused by him.

Carmilla Carmine

• "YOU'D BETTER SHOW SOME RESPECT!"^ExplanationCarmine's first spoken words in "Respectless" have seen a lot of use as reactions to people displaying the degree of irreverence for something that Velvette shows in the song, sometimes crossing it over with Jake saying "SHOW SOME GODDAMN RESPECT!".
  • "Did you expect us to sit back and take your insolent, brazen display!?"^ExplanationAnother of Carmine's lines from "Respectless" which gets used much in the same manner.

Charlie

• The moment right after "Inside Every Demon is a Rainbow" where Charlie is standing on the desk with Katie Killjoy trying to stay away from her was used as a meme for a while.
• The part where Charlie opens the hotel door to see Alastor, then hastily close it and then re-open it to check if he's real has become memetic, with frequent edits of other characters standing there, like the Doom Slayer, the Spanish Inquisition, Nicky or Kaldor Draigo.
• Charlie is the GOAT ^ExplanationA Common Knowledge observation on Twitter about Vaggie being a moth and Charlie being a goat went viral that Viv responded to it and stated that she is not a goat. This observation soon led to people saying Charlie is the G.O.A.T (Greatest Of All Time). The meme saw a resurgence when the episode "Hello, Rosie!" revealed that Charlie has cloven hooves like a goat.
• "Ok, I've got a lot to get through and not a lot of time!"^ExplanationCharlie's opening line at the beginning of "Hell is Forever" has been jokingly remarked upon by critics of the first season's breakneck eight-episode pacing for its (probably unintentional) Reality Subtext concerning how much of the first season is setting up things to come.
• "That's what the fuck I've been saying!" ^ExplanationCharlie's line in "You Didn't Know", where she finds out Emily believes in the same things she does, was used by people for cathartic moments when another person agrees with them on something.
• If [X Character] interacted with Charlie/Imagine an interaction between these two ^ExplanationCharlie's Wide-Eyed Idealism made her popular to insert into "What If?" scenarios where she tries to rehabilitate awful people like Big Jack Horner or Peter Griffin. Similar to a meme involving another popular Wide-Eyed Idealist Steven Universe, though while Steven is often the butt of the jokes and is portrayed as whiny in these memes, Charlie is moreso just seen as annoyed more than anything.
• But today is gonna be a fucking happy day in Hell! ^ExplanationAn audio clip of Charlie singing the last line of "Happy Day in Hell" has become an exploitable audio, usually framed as a person doing something violent when Charlie (or someone with similar energy) comes by singing the song
• Everyone can be redeemed! ^note A four-panel meme template where Charlie optimistically declares that everyone can be redeemed, opens the hotel door, and gives the person on the other side a Thousand-Yard Stare. People have put many fictional characters or even real people considered irredeemable in the blank third panel.

Emily

• Cinnamon roll^ExplanationEmily is basically Moe incarnate, leading to people declaring her a cinnamon roll, a term for cute and chipper characters.
• Diplomacy^{Explanation (NSFW)}After a Rule 34 fan art that shows Emily, Charlie, and Vaggie post-threesome, where a sweaty Emily shouts "Diplomacy!" The word is now used to refer to Emily X Charlie, Emily X Vaggie, Emily X both, or any lewd art with her in it.

Husk

• Husk's Pants ^ExplanationAfter the reveal of Husk's redesign, many people noticed that he was wearing suspenders. Because the art of him only showed his body from the waist up (the rest was hidden behind the bar), people began speculating on what his pants looked like, or if he was even wearing any. Later the trailer confirmed that he does wear pants.
• Fans sometimes use whether or not someone calls Husk "Husker"^note Alastor's demeaning nickname for him as an informal shibboleth to tell if they're a true fan of the show or not, as laypeople tend to get it wrong all the time.

Katie Killjoy

• "I don't touch the gays" ^ExplanationKatie's open declaration of homophobia in the pilot where she refuses to even touch Charlie, who's bisexual.
• When it was confirmed that Brandon Rogers would be voicing Katie Killjoy, naturally viewers compared her to Bryce Tankthrust. Sure enough, not only does she sound exactly like Bryce in the show, but she even wears similar clothing to her.

Lilith

• Hell's Greatest Mom^ExplanationAs described in Rosie's folder, fans like to rewrite "Hell's Greatest Dad" to have Lilith and Rosie at odds with each other over who is the better mom for Charlie.
• "We have to find my darling husband!"^ExplanationFans have taken to comparing Lilith and Lucifer's relationship to that of Jessica and Roger Rabbit, particularly in the pairing up of a conventionally attractive, voluptuous woman with a shorter, more cartoonish male.
• Please don't be evil...^{Explanation (spoilers)}Following the Wham Episode reveal in the season 1 finale that Lilith has made a deal with Adam and and resides in/escaped to Heaven, some fans have expressed their worry about Lilith possibly being an antagonist going forward, wishing that it's not the case so there could be a happy Morningstar family, Charlie won't go through even more pain, and so their personal Lilith headcanons won't be debunked.

Lucifer

• "Heeey bitch!"^ExplanationIn his Establishing Character Moment, Lucifer frets over the perfect way to greet his daughter, only to say the above in a goofy, exaggerated voice. Naturally, the fandom likes poking fun at this.
• "Take THAT, depression!" ^ExplanationUpon being invited by his daughter to the hotel, Lucifer is overjoyed and sings happily to himself, ending with this spoken line to a nearby rubber duck. Beyond being a hilarious indication of what he's going through, it's such a relatable line in its own right that many people immediately jumped on using it themselves. Others like to joke that the duck's name is Depression, or even that both are true.
• [Aggressive fiddle playing intensifies] ^ExplanationDuring Alastor and Lucifer's Quarreling Song in "Dad Beat Dad", Lucifer suddenly brings up a golden fiddle in reference to the song "The Devil Went Down to Georgia", making tons of fans laugh cause it implied the song's events were basically canon to the Hellaverse.
  • [Angry Fiddle/Violin Noises]^ExplanationA reference to the "Angry Dog Noises" meme from Touhou Project, when Lucifer pulls out a golden fiddle in "Dad Beat Dad" he's sporting a comically furious expression while staring daggers at Alastor.

Lute

• Hot for Lute^ExplanationIn "Welcome to Heaven", it's revealed that Lute is wearing a helmet and spends much of the episode with it off. She also just so happens to be beautiful, something that immediately caught on with viewers to the point where they're willing to forgive her cruelty and atrocities.

Sometimes proclaiming "she can call me slurs all day long".
• "What are we even talking about?" ^ExplanationLute's first line in "You Didn't Know" is very exploitable, with TikTok and YouTube videos frequently using it out of context to express confusion. It's also sometimes mixed with foreign dubs of the first part of the song to make it seem like Lute literally doesn't know what they're talking about. The line's particularly popular with viewers who hate or don't understand math.
• "RIP [X]'S CUNT-MOUTH OUT [THEIR] ASS!"^Explanation Lute's incredibly over-the-top and rage-filled order to do this to Vaggie in "The Show Must Go On" has become a common pejorative fans use against things or people they dislike, in the vein of other Cut His Heart Out with a Spoon memes like "PUNCH HIM SO HARD HE EXPLODES!!!"
  • "Can you just... c-chill, Lute, fuck."^ExplanationAdam's disgusted reaction at the above line has also became popular, partially because of the fact Adam was creeped out by what Lute said. As a result, it's often said in response to the above meme.

Rosie

• Rosie is best mom.^{Explanation (spoilers)}In "Hello Rosie!" Rosie is revealed to be, in addition to an Overlord over a town of cannibals, a very understanding and helpful person who helps Charlie reconcile her conflicted feelings over Vaggie being a former Exorcist without judgement. In the eyes of many fans, she's basically Charlie's current mother figure, especially since the end of season 1 reveals Lilith was in Heaven for the last seven years for reasons-yet-unexplained.
  • "It's a little funny, you could almost call me...mooooooooom!"^ExplanationIn the song "Hell's Greatest Dad", Alastor is setting himself up as a better dad to Charlie than Lucifer and sings, "It's a little funny, you could almost call me...daaaaaaaaad!" So naturally people started rewriting the song so it has Rosie and Lilith fighting over who is Charlie's better mom.

Saint Peter

• Twink Saint Peter. ^ExplanationMany fans noted how Saint Peter went from looking like this◊ to a young, white, blonde Pretty Boy. Thus, people called him a "twink", helped by his Ambiguously Bi moment during his song.
• ~Oooohhh!~ ^ExplanationDuring the song "Welcome to Heaven," Saint Peter says this constantly in his song, which makes it sound like he's moaning sexually. The fact that his initial vocalizations were asked to be toned down to the final result also helps.

Sir Pentious (and his Egg Boiz)

• Rizz Master Pentious/"Maybe you'd want to do a... sex with me" ^ExplanationPentious' adorkable attempts to flirt with Cherri Bomb and this particular line was met with ironic edits calling him an absolute master at hooking up with others.
  • "Because I'm [insert usually absurd action] for/with EVERYONE HERE!"^ExplanationIn conjunction with the above, Sir Pentious' attempts include him trying to offer Cherri drinks/shots only to claim that he's doing that for everyone else in the club too, then claiming the same thing about having sex with her, which turned out to be very quotable. Ascended with an in-character Valentine's day card.
• "What? They say insane shit all the time! How was I supposed to know this one was true!?" [Eggboy says something insane] "See!?"^ExplanationAn extremely exploitable moment when Vaggie asks why Pentious didn't reveal that the Eggs had told him about Carmilla killing an angel. The Eggboy's quote will be replaced◊ with either a Take That!, a Conspiracy Theorist's nonsense, or something else.
• Sir Repentious ^{Explanation (SPOILERS)}A Fan Nickname given to Pentious post-ascension to Heaven following his Heroic Sacrifice.
• Sir Precious/"Sir Pentious? More like Sir Precious!"^ExplanationMany fans consider Sir Pentious a very lovable and endearing character, so they tend to nickname him as such whenever they gush over how cute they find him.
• Pentious the legend^{Explanation (spoilers)}After season one ended, the fan base were quick to give Pentious the Memetic Badass treatment, pointing out how he arguably embodied the Hotel's goal more than Angel, greatly helped his friends fight against the Exorcists, kissed his crush, went up to confront Adam when even Alastor couldn't beat him (he was immediately one-shotted, but Adam implied the Death Ray could actually have hurt him), and became the first demon to ascend to Heaven.

Valentino

• Calling Valentino a rat on Instagram. ^ExplanationThis is something that started out on one of Vox's earliest Instagram posts where he called Valentino a rat and spiraled further with other characters on both the show and its sister series getting in on this as well. It has since then gotten to the point where Valentino tells people to stop calling him a rat on his page.
• "BAD TOUCH, BAD TOUCH! STRANGER DANGER!!!"^ExplanationSince Valentino is a Serial Rapist with No Sense of Personal Space and one of the first things he does upon meeting Charlie is lick up her entire forearm, this memetic JonTron clip from his Foodfight! review quickly became associated with him and any time he gets a little too close to somebody.
• Pimpin' not Simpin'^ExplanationA shot of Valentino in the season 1 finale where he's holding a mug that says this, which became rather popular in the fanbase.

Vox

• "Oh, God. Here I go. Valentino. Just another fucking day with Val. Hey hey hey. Fuck my life." ^ExplanationVox's mini rant to himself about how much he hates dealing with Valentino on a day-to-day basis was found to be extremely relatable by many people, who used the audio to express their similarly exasperated feelings about the things that annoy them in their every day lives, such as dealing with that one cowroker that they hate.
• "THIS IS BETTER THAN SEX!"^ExplanationThis exclamation Vox loudly proclaims while watching Alastor get beaten by Adam swiftly became a reaction meme to something the poster extremely likes.
• this post was made by real vox DICKRIDERS / Vox is the GOAT ^ExplanationWhen Alastor started being made into a Memetic Loser (check his folder above for explanation), Vox was suddenly made a Memetic Badass due to being his Arch-Enemy and having apparently defeated him seven years ago. As a result, fans have also started claiming any Alastor-bashing posts were made by Vox or his loyal fans in an attempt to slander his enemy.
• Stayed Gone / "THAT FUCKER IS BACK!" ^ExplanationThe intro to Vox's Villain Song, as well as the song itself, started being used by people as a way to express their anger/shock that something or someone they don't like has returned. Basically the same as Alastor, but from the other person's point of view.
• Hottest HH character ^ExplanationA user held a Twitter poll to find out who was the hottest character of the series. After a heated final round against Lucifer Vox turned out to be the winner. Fandom has taken this as a title for him to remember the event, especially since the result was considered a huge upset given that he surpassed characters like Angel Dust and Charlie as well as most notably his arch-rival Alastor, who has attracted unimaginable amounts of Perverse Sexual Lust for years, with many remarking on the Irony of Vox suddenly winning such a poll compared to him.
