This is a trope page for a story of a highschooler named Sung Hoon who finds he needs to be engaged to a giant shape shifting tiger spirit, or Armageddon'll happen. Also known as "Lord Tiger and I."

- Cute Bruiser: Almost all the girls in the series. Rang-yi has a powerful tiger punch and great fighting skils, Baduk is a cute dog girl but can easily take down stronger monsters. Chii could smash trees with her kicks, and Fei could hurt people by throwing words.
- Deadpan Snarker: Sae Hee is an expert at this, and a merciless one at that.
- Screw This, I'm Out of Here!: Sung Hoon attempts this when finding that a dog at the manor he "inherited" is the size of a bus. Guess what the first game "they" play is.
- Very Loosely Based on a True Story: Plot related. Sung Hoon finds that a legend of a figure of Korean myth named Hwangun is real.
