Hana to Yume (花とゆめ, lit "Flowers & Dreams") is a Shoujo manga anthology published by Hakusensha. While it is not the most popular anthology, it is a frontrunner for the title, and has become a magazine synonymous with shoujo romance. Its iconic covers for collected volumes—the red, white and blue stripe over a white background, long since phased out—have also become artistic shorthand for shoujo manga.

It shares two sibling magazines in Bessatsu Hana to Yume (1977-2018) and The Hana to Yume (1999-Present). LaLa also started life as a Hana to Yume spin-off (as Hana to Yume LaLa), but since 1977 became its own independent magazine.

In early 2020, Hana to Yume announced a special edition Shōnen magazine, in response to the Testosterone Brigade that had been building up over the years. The special edition is now its own proper spinoff, Shonen Hana to Yume, and launched digitally starting from September 2020. A Boys' Love magazine, Trifle by Hana to Yume, released the same year.
