Comic Cunenote is a Japanese monthly manga magazine began by Media Factory in 2015. It was originally a supplementary arm of the Monthly Comic Alive magazine in October 2014, specifically for Yonkomas, until its parent company Media Factory announced in June 2015 that Comic Cune would be an independent magazine in 27 August 2015.
The magazine is often known for its serialisations of four-panel, Slice of Life mangas, with most notable ones being Nyanko Days, Hinako Note, Ms. Vampire Who Lives in My Neighborhood, Cheerful Amnesia, and Shimeji Simulation. All of its manga tend to be for the Seinen demographic, as a result.

- Artifact Title: While formerly a supplementary arm of the much larger Monthly Comic Alive in October 2014, it was Media Factory who made Comic Cune an independent, formal title in 27 August 2015.
- Brother–Sister Incest: One of the magazine's serialisations, Her Elder Sister Has a Crush on Her, But She Doesn't Mind, is Exactly What It Says on the Tin.
- Minimalist Cast: Most of the serialised mangas within this magazine either only have one to four recurring casts.
- Schoolgirl Series: Most of its works tend to focus on everyday lives, mainly comprising groups of schoolgirls.
- Seinen: All of its serialised mangas are often geared towards adult men as its core audience. Coincidentally, Comic Cune was once a part of Monthly Comic Alive, which also serialises Seinen manga.
- Slice of Life: A recurring theme in most of its works.
- Yonkoma: A lot of its serialised mangas are of this format.
- Yuri Genre: Aside from Slice of Life being the main theme of focus, for the most part, Girls' Love is also the secondary theme, with few examples being Cheerful Amnesia, Gal and Otaku Can't Understand Each Other, and Breasts Are My Favorite Things in the World!.
