An entry in the Endless Quest series by TSR, and the second of two books based on their Top Secret espionage RPG.
The reader plays the part of Terry Morton, teenage electronics wizard, who's going with a friend to take a tour of his uncle's robotics plant. While there he soon learns the place is being targeted by Soviet agents.
Robbers and Robots provides examples of:
- Fat Bastard: Max, the unpleasant employee at the plant who makes clear his dislike for Terry and the one who's collaborating with the foreign agents.
- Kid Hero: Terry, who built his own security robot and takes on Russian spies.
- Sticky Situation: One path has the boys trapping the spies by using superglue on the doors of the room they're in.
- They Called Me Mad!: Alleged to be the reason Max is working with enemy spies: his design for a new security robot was rejected by his bosses.
