As an anime about anime and anime fans, there are tons for each episode. The primary offenders for this phenomenon are Love Live! (Dub Tone), Pretty Cure (Pretty Fairy/PreFae), KonoSuba (AnoSuba), and Re:Zero (Ru:Zero).
For sake of brevity, repeat cameos will be kept separated from the rest.
Constants:
- PreFae:
- PreFae Blu-ray DVDS are shown among the stack in episode 4.
- The first series features Nagisa and Honoka lookalikes, and they both use the original series' Wonder Twin Powers gimmick.
- Dub Tone:
- Posters for the series adorn every wall, looking much like School Idol Project's promotional images.
- Erika cosplays a dead ringer for Chika. Bonus points for Erika and Chika sharing the same VA.
- Ru:Zero:
- A pink bunny resembling Puck appears on one of Minoa's buttons in episode 5.
- Minoa tries to get merchandise of a Ram stand in, but with her bangs covering both of her eyes instead of bangs and a more traditionally Japanese maid outfit. The Rem stand-in looks the same, but with purple hair instead of pink. Miko carries a keychain of a brown and green Petelgeuse in the same scene.
- The Rem stand-in has her full design revealed in episode 10, with her hair depicted as more of a hime cut. She also appears to have a bit of Ram's more coy traits.
- AnoSuba:
- One of the main characters is a "useless goddess" named Aquina, though she curiously shares Emilia's color scheme. As we see on the Anime Shangri-La cover in episode 3, the Kazuma stand-in shares Megumin's colors.
Episode 1:
- Within the first 90 seconds, we're treated to off-color versions of Gunbuster, Gundam, Dragonball, Fancy Lala, and Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water.
Episode 2:
- The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Sword Art Online, Love Live
Episode 3

- At Anime Soul (in of itself a LFC of Animate), Erika mentions getting a button of OtoPri, comes across Micross Gamma merchandise and admires a phone strap of "Layla" (Frejya). We see posters of Unlimited Fantasy World (with their own fusion of Ruru and Kurumi) and An Uncertain Magical Index, as well as a doujin of Margedo Lee (an Expy of Margery Daw from Shakugan no Shana) of Higan no Arina.
- Miko hands Minoa a DVD of MaoEi to get inspiration for a worthwhile speech.

- Nakano gives Minoa a copy of Gekigenki G when he tells her to look at the classics.
Episode 8:
- When Minoa picks up sports anime from Arisu's stack, she pulls up Ace of Bench and Tarako's Basketball, with the two main charcters being a grey haired Kuroko and his partner, who looks like combination between Aomine and Akaashi.
- Fresh Prince of Tennis (Tennis no Waga-sama) is brought up as a possible show to air during the Club Anime Talk event.
Episode 9:
- Sports Anime of all stripes (too many to name all) when the clubs from their school come to the Anime Club for advice:
