''Sonic and the Imperial Regalia''
is a Nintendo action-adventure video game that is set to be released in year 2026. In this adventure, Sonic finds himself in a parallel New York City populated by antropomorphic animals like him. He meets and befriends three teenage hedgehog siblings named Susanoo, Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi and embark with them in a wonderful adventure to unleash the power of the three Imperial Regalia of Japan in order to defeat the evil Demon King Orochi. Meanwhile, Sonic's friends, who also ended up in New York, struggle to find him with often hilarious results and accidentally come across with the Omikami triplets. Meanwhile, it seems that Eggman is searching for the Regalia to obtain its power.
This game uses the following tropes:
- Accidental Pervert: Tails sometimes trips in Tsukuyomi's breasts and always apologizes for it.
- Alpha Bitch:
- A rare tomboyish variant. Some female schoolmates of the Omikami siblings love to bully weaker people, feeling superior because they believe they're Not Like Other Girls and teasing Tsukuyomi because she's sweet, sensitive, feminine and delicate. They're proven wrong.
- Rouge is a more benevolent example.
- All Men Are Perverts: Sonic, most of his male friends (except Espio) and even Dr. Eggman totally go gaga when Tsukuyomi is around.
- Amazon Chaser: Sonic already admires Tsukuyomi for her beauty and her kindness, but the thing he loves the most about her is her fighting ability once she starts to become braver and more confident. He also admits that he adores strong women.
- Ambiguously Bi: Rouge has already a crush on Knuckles, but she also seems to enjoy to flirt with Tsukuyomi.
- Badass Adorable: The main quartet, especially Tsukuyomi.
- Badass Bookworm: Amaterasu is the most resorceful of the Omikami siblings, but he is any weaker than his siblings.

- Covert Pervert: Sonic is often decipted as a Chaste Hero, but he has shown a lot of time to enjoy it when Tsukuyomi wears sexy clothing or when he can make his way in her breasts.
- Shadow can also qualify as he enjoyed spying on Tsukuyomi while she was showering.
- Cute Bruiser: A group of adorable hedgehogs who kick a lot of butts.

This is epically inverted when, in the moment of danger, her classmates show to be nothing but spinless cowards, while Tsukuyomi, despite her shyness, is not afraid to kick some ass.

While Susanoo is by no means a bad person, he's often impulsive, stubborn, unyielding and very distrustful towards Sonic, but he's still a selfless, kind-hearted young hedgehog who only wants to make the right thing. This is also partially justified due to Tsukuyomi's lecherous, arrogant and sexist suitors.
- He Cleans Up Nicely: During the School Prom, Sonic looked very good with the formal suit Tsukuyomi made for him. Tsukuyomi thought the same too.
- Irony: Despite her shy nature, Tsukuyomi is fond of sexy clothing.
- Kick Chick: Tsukuyomi attacks more with her legs than with her hands.
- Knight Templar Big Brother: Susanoo is extremely protective of his sister Tsukuyomi and often protects her from her numerous suitors, even from Sonic himself.
- Lady of War: In contrast to her brother Susanoo and to Sonic, Tsukuyomi fights with grace, elegance and finesse.
- Light Feminine and Dark Feminine: Tsukuyomi is the Light Feminine to Rouge's Dark Feminine.
- Light Is Good: In contrast to Orochi, Sonic's fur during his Super Mode is completely white, reflecting his pure heart and his heroic, selfless nature.
- Lovable Jock: Susanoo is one of the best athletes of his school and is also very friendly, as long as you don't piss him off or try to hurt his friends…
- Sonic also becomes one when he goes at the Omikami triplets' school: a very athletic young hedgehog with a big heart.
- Mama Bear: Rouge is extremely protective of Tsukuyomi and doesn't take very kindly when someone tries to harass her.
- Ms. Fanservice: Tsukuyomi is a very beautiful female hedgehog with an Impossible Hourglass Figure, bountiful breasts and shapely legs.
- My Eyes Are Up Here: Knuckles has the bad habit to stare at Tsukuyomi's chest when she is explaining something to him.
- Nice, Mean, and In-Between: Tsukuyomi is sweet and innocent (Nice), Susanoo is brash and stubborn (Mean) and Amaterasu, while wise and helpful, can be snarky and strict at times (In-between).
- Ninja: The Omikami siblings wear ninja suits when they fight alongside with Sonic.
- Nosebleed: Sonic is often victim of numerous nosebleeds when Tsukuyomi is around.
- Papa Wolf: Shadow, while not Tsukuyomi's biological father, can be extremely protective towards her, especially when someone tries to hurts her.
- Prince Charmless: Tsukuyomi's suitors seem to act gentlemanly to her, but they're nothing more than sexist pigs who only wants her for her looks than for her personality. That's one of the main reasons that made her even more attracted to Sonic.
- Shrinking Violet: Tsukuyomi is initially represented as a shy and insecure young female hedgehog.
- Single Woman Seeks Good Man: Tsukuyomi totally dislikes her pompous, arrogant suitors who only view her as a trophy to inflate their egos and is instead attracted to the kind-hearted, selfless, brave and loyal Sonic.
- Silk Hiding Steel: Tsukuyomi may appear gentle and frail, but she is a real badass underneath.
- So Beautiful, It's a Curse: Tsukuyomi totally hates the effect her beauty has on her male peers.

- Team Dad: Amaterasu is the wisest and most mature of the Omikami triplets and he seems to be the only one who can deal with his teammates' quirks.
- Took a Level in Badass: Thanks to Sonic's influence, Tsukuyomi becomes gradually more confident.
- Town Girls: Ingenue Tsukuyomi is the Femme, Plucky Girl Amy is the Butch and Femme Fatale Rouge is Neither.
- Yamato Nadeshiko: Tsukuyomi is gentle, polite and lady-like, but she is not a pushover at all.
- Violently Protective Girlfriend: Gender-Inverted with Sonic. While he's not Tsukuyomi's boyfriend, he's fiercely protective towards her and will beat the crap out of everyone who try to harm her.
- Played Straight with Tsukuyomi, even if she isn't Sonic's girlfriend. When she and her brothers where captured by Eggman and saw Sonic being beaten very badly by Eggman's machines, she got so angry that she beat the crap out of them and gave Eggman a warning.
