- The Morrigan's sisters sacrificing themselves to save Perenelle. Macha and the Badhb thank Perenelle for freeing them, and ask her not to think too harshly of their sister - "she was led astray". The Morrigan then is the last one to die, and admits she used to hate Perenelle, but thanks her for reuniting her with her sisters]].
- Afterwards Billy the Kid is so shaken by nearly killing Perenelle, the sorceress tells him not to worry about it, and he swears to protect her.
- Machiavelli completing his Heel–Face Turn by pouring all his aura energy to heal Billy, even though it rapidly ages him.
- Josh's POV says that although Sophie may not be his biological sister like he thought, she was still his twin.
- Tsagaglalal initially gives up the flame of Prometheus's aura to heal the Elder himself, as she's able to revive one person. He orders her to give it to Niten instead so he can reunite with Aoife and marry her. The epilogue (a letter written by Josh) confirms they did have a wedding.
- Dee giving Virginia Dare help to save the people of Danu Talis, using up his remaining life force in the process. He asks someone to let the Flamels know he did the right thing in the end.
