• The mere fact that both Scott and Carol’s families come together at the North Pole to help give Carol the special Christmas with her human loved ones she desires. The only person missing is Charlie, who instead opted to go on a ski trip with his girlfriend. He later has a change of heart, and arrives to help out in the workshop.
• After Scott has fixed everything and become Santa again, the first thing he does is immediately make up with Carol and her parents after the argument they had earlier.
• Jack’s reformation via a simple hug from Lucy. Everyone watching is visibly moved by the sight of his cold heart literally melting away, changing him into a gentle person. Upon the change, he immediately embraces it.
