Heartwarming / The Puzzle Place

• The B-plot of the episode "Rudy One" involves a very upset Sizzle being teased by a new cat on the block. Nuzzle ends up telling her not to insult the new cat back, as she'd be sinking down to his level and she knows that the insults are not true. How does Sizzle thank Nuzzle afterwards? By very cutely kissing Nuzzle. Nuzzle definitely enjoys it.
• The pretend episode has a story segment about "The Pigeon who lost her colors". About a pigeon who kept designing beautiful outfits for herself, and every time her bird friends would say how lovely she looks. But then a windstorm passed through and all her outfits blew away. But her friends still say she looks lovely, because they saw that the real beauty was in her creativity and passion rather than how she looked.
• The climax of the holiday special "Deck the Halls" has all six kids gathered together to celebrate the holidays – Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa – and reflecting on how they're all different, yet all have features in common too (e.g. presents and candles), and all share such themes as family and giving. The kids then give each other metaphorical holiday gifts: "happiness," "love," and "friendship."
