Season 1

To "The Power of Ten"

• Trixie tries comforting Flash when he feels like all his attempts to help just get Overshadowed by Awesome in comparison to the Rainbooms. It serves as a good establishment for their friendship, since in canon they only really interacted while under the influence of a Hate Plague. Trixie is also the first to know Flash's secret due to being there when he transforms for the first time, and becomes his closest confidant.

"Animal Harm"

• Flash's alien heroes have become pretty popular around CHS due to all the good they have been doing. Rainbow even says she wants to meet Diamondhead again so she can properly thank him for saving her and her friends.
• While fighting Animac's mutants, Fluttershy can hear their voices and that they hate their mutations and are being forcibly controlled by Animac. So it is a relief when they are returned to normal after Animac is defeated. When the spider-phant that Riot-Horn was fighting turns back into a regular elephant, Riot-Horn gives it a friendly pat on the head.
• After Animac is arrested, Flash returns to the abandoned warehouse Shining had him in and meets up with Shining there. Flash fully expects to be arrested by him, due to Shining being very vocal of his distrust towards the aliens and believing a device like the Omnitrix is too dangerous for a kid like Flash. But instead, Shining recognizes that Flash helped him save his sister and the whole city without any profit or recognition, and says that now he is going to work with him and help him master his abilities.
  Flash: Why?
  Shining: Because you've shown me you really do just want to help. And I've decided you're worth taking a chance on. As long as you promise to do things the right way and not use these powers selfishly, I'll agree to keep your secret and help you in whatever way I can.

"Save The Trees"

• Flurry Heart is just as much of a Cuteness Proximity as always. When Flash meets her for the first time he calls her a "cutie" while ticketing her tummy, and Twilight is shown to love her just as much as her Equestrian counterpart.
• During Bushwhacker's battle with Oakheart, the living trees end up assisting him, all because they heard him speaking kindly about them over how Oakheart was hurting them.
  You care about us. You...friend?
• The final scene has everyone once again enjoying a trip to the forest, except now the living trees are included in the activities.
  • Many of the trees were playing with little kids, with their vines acting as makeshift ropes and swings for them.
  • When a frisbee Flash throws for his dog Banana gets caught in one of the tree's branches, a vine grabs it and throws it itself for Banana.
  • Applejack reads to one of the trees like she does with the ones back on her farm, with it being very interested in the story.
  • Shining and Cadance try to get Flurry to walk again, but when she almost falls and hurts herself a vine catches her and steadies her, allowing her to keep walking until she reaches her father.

"Power Outage"

• Although Flash is obviously upset he let his band down and they kicked him out as a result, he assures Shining Armor that he has no regrets and that Shining did the right thing calling him to help.

"Crystal Clarity"

• Though the Rainbooms are wrong about believing Flash and Trixie now dating each other, Fluttershy says she thinks the two look cute together and believes they balance each other out enough to make a good pair.

"Birthday Bash"

• Despite having only been friends with them for a short time, Shining Armor invites Flash and Trixie to Flurry's first birthday party. Even if Flash is a bit uncomfortable being at a little kid's party, and Trixie only really comes because Flash does, they still ultimately enjoy themselves.
• Cadance has the party recorded with Twilight's selfie drone so Flurry can look back on the party someday when she's older.
• When the speaker system playing kid music at the party breaks, Flash saves the party by playing kid songs on his guitar, stopping the kids from throwing tantrums until Twilight can get the system fixed.
• The simple fact there is No Antagonist this chapter. The clown's bubble machine goes out of control due to Equestrian Magic, and once everything is fixed nobody blames him at all for what happened.
• When Flurry is opening her gifts from everyone, Flash is nervous when they get to his gift. It is revealed to be a cute cuddly snail, and Flash quickly begins to regret choosing this as a gift. But when Flurry examines it, she absolutely loves it, hugging it closely and swinging it around joyfully while dubbing it "Whammy". It quickly becomes clear that this is her favorite gift, keeping it closely by her the rest of the party, refusing to be separated from it, and eventually falls asleep while still clutching it tightly to her chest. Shining congratulates Flash for getting the best present for Flurry.

"Like Looking in a Mirror"

• After Negatine is defeated and arrested, Positine is cleared of all charges for the crimes that were committed.

"Prehistoric Panic"

• Principal Celestia states that the reason the class is even on their fieldtrip is because her old friend, Ancient Bones, generously invited them to his dig site.
• The moment where Flash, Trixie, and the Rainbooms are all discussing their favorite dinosaurs.
• Flash and Trixie end up making friends with a baby dinosaur creature.

"Rise of the Technovore"

• After Technovore is dealt with, Flash confesses to Shining how he doesn't feel like he is any different from Twilight and Timber, since despite both him and Shining getting on their cases for messing with alien tech they don't understand, Flash feels he is no better due to having the Omnitrix and therefore "messing with it" even longer than Twilight. Shining comforts him though, saying that unlike Twilight and Timber, Flash has proven that he can be responsible with the Omnitrix.
  Shining: This whole situation is just like with what happened with Negatine. It's not the tech that was the problem, but the person. Twilight isn't the right person to handle technology she doesn't understand. But you've proven you are.

"Bemusement Ride"

• Trixie, realizing that Flash is overworking himself with his schedule, enlists the Rainbooms to give him a much needed day off.
• Despite their trip to the amusement park being ruined by some Equestrian magic and the maintenance man causing trouble, Flash, Trixie, and the Rainbooms decide to salvage the rest of the day by going to go see a movie together. Despite their hectic lifestyle, they won't stop trying to have fun when they can.

"Bloodsuckers"

• Flash, Trixie, and the Rainbooms taking the time to help clean up the park of litter.
• Flash and the others apologize to the Crusty Caretaker for not listening to his warnings about the seal and causing the problems of the chapter due to their overconfidence.

"The Hunt is On"

• After Shining Armor is hurt and everyone is visiting him in the hospital, Flash tells Twilight that in the time he has known Shining, he has been like the big brother he never had.
• Flash continuously blames himself for Shining getting hurt, even though Trixie and Shining both tell him it wasn't his fault. Even Twilight, who doesn't know Flash's secret, states she doesn't blame the aliens for what happened to her brother, and for all the good they have done they shouldn't be blamed for an occasional slip up.
• At the end of the chapter, Flash tells Trixie and Shining about his vision of Vilgax and admits he is afraid of him now. They both assure him that as long as he has them he won't need to face anything alone, even Vilgax.

"Lady Masquerade"

• Despite Flash being annoyed with Trixie for her attitude since acquiring her powers and becoming a hero for all the wrong reasons, he doesn't hesitate to come to her rescue when Devious almost kills her. This also causes Trixie to realize he is a real hero, unlike her.
• When Trixie returns the medallion to Prince Aareus and says how she realizes now she was never meant to be a hero, he tells her to be proud of using it to help people, even if she did it for selfish reasons.
• Trixie apologizing to Flash for her behavior and letting all the attention get to her head. Flash for his part forgives her and tells her even if she isn't a hero like him she is still his hero for all the times she has helped him. Flash's dog Banana even lays his head in Trixie's lap as she and Flash are talking.

"Ice to Meet You"

• When the Plumbers arrive to collect Gelidafur, they recognize Shining Armor as an officer of the law and give him a Plumber badge they can use to find him again when they return. Though it isn't outright said, it is clear they are considering recruiting him into the Plumners, which is a pretty big honor for someone they just met. Also doubles as an awesome moment.

"Revelations"

• When Flash, Trixie, and Shining realize Twilight and the others are onto Flash's secret, knowing he is connected to the aliens somehow, and that the best thing he can do is come clean, Shining tells him to wait until after school so he can come by and help explain everything, showing how close he and Flash have bonded by this point.
• Ultimately, when the Rainbooms learn about the Omnitrix and how Flash has been the alien heroes the whole time, they accept him and don't see him as a "freak" like he was worried they might.

Behind the Alien, Part 1

"Volt-Edge"

• It is mentioned how due to the danger of leaving their caves to reach water, any water that is found inside the mountains will always go to the youngest member of the Serravoltians family.

"Firefly"

• An Ignisect makes sure the temperature is high enough so that the Larvanti cocoons complete their metamorphosis.
• When one of the cocoons hatches, the Ignisect in the room helps get the newly hatched Ignisect out of the remains of its cocoon, and then kindly hands it a piece of fruit to eat.
• When the Vesparmis that loses the ritual combat to decide which Vesparmis will be the next leader, all those who supported it have the option to either swear loyalty to their new leader, or join their friend in exile and start a new nest together.

"Riot-Horn"

• Riot-Horn's species, the Solarhinos, turn out to be a race of gentle giants that use their strength for making shelter for themselves and gardening. They are also openly friendly due to knowing nothing on the planet can hurt them, and have a symbiotic relationship with their neighbors the Elastrimate, trading resources with them.

"Bushwhacker"

• At the start of the chapter when a newborn Psychloron emerges from a Psychloro Tree, it is as helpless as a newborn human baby. As the sun goes down and it starts to get worried, it is discovered by a group of older Psychlorons, and one of the females picks up the baby and comforts it like a mother would to her child, welcoming it into its home.
• Though the ending is bittersweet due to one of the Psychlorons dying due to the Psychloron Vampire, its friends honor it by burying its seed in their own funeral service, where a new tree and future Psychloron will grow. Shortly afterwards they come across another Psychloro Tree, and although the leader can tell a Psychloron will emerge in a year or two they decide to speed up the process and have the entire tribe share their Flower-Power with the tree to free the newborn Psychloron immediately and welcome it to the world, gaining a new member in place of their old one.

"Vapaw"

• The exiled Smogleo gets a happy ending, showing that even on a Death World like Shroudose, one good deed and The Power of Friendship can still prevail.
  • The exiled Smogleo saves a female from a group of Fogavians. In gratitude for this, the female takes him back to her pride, where the elder leader happily makes him the new leader due to not having a heir of his own.
  • A year later, the Smogleo has impregnated several of the females in the pride, but is shown to still be close and loving with the one he originally saved, hinting at a Rescue Romance between the two.

Season 2

"Plumbing School"

• The Rainbooms are now all Secret Keepers to Flash, with him now able to discuss it openly with them the same as Trixie and Shining.
• Tetrax speaks highly of Flash about his ability to use the Omnitrix, saying that despite his youth and immaturity he has a good heart. His friendship with Flash eventually leads to him defy Fuego and Glug by unlocking the tube around the Omnitrix so he can use it again, and later sends him a blaster and mask he can use while the Omnitrix is recharging.
• When Flash is starting to feel down due to his poor performance in every test he was given, feeling like he is still useless without the Omnitrix, Twilight assures him that he's not, he's a hero, pointing out everything he did with the Omnitrix and how he always did the best he could even when the Omnitrix wasn't working right.
• Flash refuses to allow Fuego and Glug hurt the animal mutants Animac is controlling, stating they are innocent creatures that are being controlled against their will.

"New Alien On the Block"

• Spike is revealed to have been learning all about dragons, having gained a passion for them after learning that he is a dragon in Equestria himself.
• Fleur spends most of the chapter reading about mythology and legends of Prance, the home country of her parents. Later, when she finally discovers her book has been infected with magic and is bringing the creatures she reads about to life, she informs Twilight and the others so they can stop it. Since it was implied that Fleur used to bully Twilight during her time at CPA, it is nice to see her now much friendlier.

"Grounded"

• Despite Flash's parents grounding him they never show disappointment in him and are really just worried about what he has been up to lately. He similarly doesn't hold anything against them, despite this meaning he can't go alien as often now, and by the end of the chapter he is thankfully un-grounded.

"Ten Aliens and a Baby"

• Despite Flash planning to spend his Saturday just relaxing and lazing around, when Shining Armor calls him and begs him to babysit Flurry Heart due to their usual babysitter calling in sick and everyone else he can think of being busy, Flash can't bring himself to say no to Shining and agrees.
• Flash is touched when he finds out that Flurry's Whammy, the toy snail he got her for her birthday, has become her favorite toy and that it always calms her down.
• Flurry is initially not happy to be left alone with Flash, viewing him as a virtual stranger. But after Flash calms her down with Whammy he assures her she can like him and promises he'll do anything to make her happy.
• Flurry absolutely loves Flash's aliens, viewing them each as friends to play with.
  • When Flash has to bring her along with him when he goes hero, so not to leave her alone, she is just laughing the whole time and having the time of her life.
  • Flash quickly transforms when some escaped wolves try to get Flurry, and when he just so happens to get Vapaw, Flurry gets a surprise pony ride out of it.
• After spending time with Flash all day, when he hesitates to jump in and stop some bank robbers, due to not wanting to put Flurry in danger, Flurry looks back and forth between him and the bank in confusion, thinking that Flash was supposed to help when something bad was happening. Whether it was on purpose by her or just a coincidence, she then transforms him herself, making his choice for him.
• After the robbers are all arrested, one of the policemen asks Riot-Horn if he is injured, due to noticing how he has kept one hand to his stomach. Riot-Horn assures him he's fine and simply says he is carrying something important, referring to Flurry Heart.
• Once Shining Armor and Cadance return home and see Flash reading to Flurry. When Shining asks if he will be willing to babysit again, Flash looks over to see Flurry smiling at him, and he agrees to whenever they need him, just asking for some more heads up. Cadance also asks him to stay for dinner as a proper thank you.

"They Came From the Deep"

• Ripple initially starts off very antagonistic because of his hatred towards all aliens, taking it almost to Fantastic Racism levels and after discovering Flash's secret declares that he's going to hand him over to the government so they can decide what to do with him. But he ends up being a true ally to Flash and his friends in the big battle against the squids in the climax.
  • When Flash can't bring himself to commit genocide against the squids, despite how they tried to do the same to humanity, Ripple tells Flash not to be ashamed, saying the world needs more people like him, and activates the bomb himself so Flash's conscious remains clean. Then he holds off the squid leader to buy Flash, Twilight, and Rarity time to escape, trusting Flash to keep the world safe and acknowledging him as a hero.
  • Flash felt that if he crossed the line of committing genocide, he could never call himself a hero again. However, he makes sure that Ripple is honored for his actions and Heroic Sacrifice, explaining to everyone who was saved what Ripple did and saying how despite the horrific act he had to do, he did it because it had to be done to save everyone, and he should be considered a hero by everyone for it.

"Hot Rods and Hot Dates"

• Even if she was being a bit of a troll, Trixie forcing Flash to make a profile on the blind dating site is essentially her trying to help him get back in the dating game, since he hadn't dated anyone since Princess Twilight.
• When Twilight learns that Flash is having a blind date at the same restaurant she is having a date with Timber at, she suggests that if things go well for him maybe the four of them can go on a double date. Then when she recognizes his date as Adagio Dazzle, knowing about her past from her friends, she makes sure she is on standby in case she tries anything to Flash.
• Flash is understandably on edge when he finds out his date is Adagio Dazzle, and doesn't trust her after what she did to him. However, once they actually start talking to each other, Flash realizes there is more to her than just being a one-note villain. He learns about her hobbies and interests and how she cares about her sisters despite how they drive her crazy. He even says that if he didn't know about her evil past and how she brainwashed him he might even consider her the perfect girl for him.
• Adagio actually helps out when Dragstar attacks. First by saving Timber from getting blasted during the commotion, then helping him and Twilight carry Firefly to safety when he's knocked out.
• After Adagio and Timber see Firefly change back into Flash, they both agree to keep it a secret. Though it is played with since Timber is only doing it because Twilight begged him to, and Adagio simply says that keeping secrets is more fun than telling everyone else, since then she can mentally think 'I know something you don't know' to anyone.
• After Dragstar is defeated, Shining can't figure out what the substance in the tube that he used to make everything is, and tells Twilight to hold on to it, trusting her with potentially dangerous alien tech now since she has learned her lesson from Technovore.
• The ending of the chapter ends with Flash and Adagio deciding to continue their date now that everything is taken care of, and Twilight walking off with Timber to do the same.

"Return of the Masquerade"

• The second half of the chapter is a flashback showing how Trixie's father Jackpot met Miragina Linehault, who was just a princess at the time, and the two slowly fell in love with each other, which resulted in Miragina giving birth to twins, Aareus Saintworthy and Trixie Lullamoon.

"Trixie's Destiny"

• Though Aareus is initially in disbelief that Jackpot is his father and Trixie is his sister, he does eventually come to accept the two of them. At the end of the chapter when Trixie is given her quest to reclaim all the Medallions before Devious and return them to their kingdoms, he will rule the Luna Cat Kingdom in her place, believing that by the time she is finished with her quest she will be ready to take her proper place as queen.
• Also an awesome moment, the chapter ends with Flash's original team now all having their own heroic identities. With Trixie and Shining now helping Flash as his equals instead of just supporters the three of them head out into the city with their individual powers and equipment to continue saving people.

"The Visitor"

• Shining Armor tries to plan a romantic night for him and Cadance, since he hasn't been spending much time with her lately due to his job as a detective, taking care of Flurry, and his duties as a plumber. Flash and Twilight are also helping him set up decorations around his house and helping make a romantic meal for him and Cadance, and his parents are taking care of Flurry for the night so they don't need to worry about her.
• Xylene allows Sunset to read her mind to confirm she is telling the truth about working with the Plumbers.
• Though Xylene doesn't have romantic feelings for Shining Armor like she did for Max she does quickly come to respect his skills as a plumber to the point she thinks he would be a better candidate for the Omnitrix than Flash.
• Flash's team, the Rainbooms, and Xylene all work together to save Cadance from Vilgax's drone when it holds her captive. When Flash manages to briefly save her and get her out of her car with his new alien, she is sent flying when they are blasted by the drone, leading to Shining saving his wife by catching her in the air and turning his rod into a helicopter.
• Xylene comes to respect Flash's skill with the Omnitrix and gives him a few tips on using it before leaving by telling him about the different modes it has and when to use them. She also tells him a bit about the creator of the Omnitrix and how he made it to foster peace across the galaxy, though teases Flash a bit by refusing to tell him his name.
• After Cadance was angry at Shining for lying to her and keeping secrets from her for months about risking his as a plumber and helping Flash, she forgives him in the end; and when Shining says he'll give up being a plumber if she wants him to they decided to make the decision as a team. Once Shining assures her the only thing he wants to be more than being a Plumber is to be Cadance's husband and Flurry's father, Cadance just smiles and tells him to keep protecting the world, as long as he keeps coming home and keep Flash, Twilight, and the others all safe, leading to the married couple sharing a heartfelt kiss.

"A Villain's Level Up

• Flash and Adagio have continued dating, enjoying hanging out with each other. Banana also warms up quickly to Adagio, who surprisingly returns the affection.
• Throughout the chapter it is shown that Adagio and most of the Rainbooms (with the exception of Twilight) have trouble getting along due to their past history as enemies. The penultimate scene though has all of them playing the new video game in Sunset's apartment together. Whether it is the first step towards true friendship and forgiveness or simply Go-Karting with Bowser, it is definitely progress.

"Glitches"

• While Flash is hanging out with Adagio again, she finally gets to officially introduce him to her sisters, Aria Blaze and Sonata Dusk. Surprisingly, Flash ends up enjoying his time with them as they spend an hour talking together, and if he didn't know about their origins he would easily mistake them for just ordinary human girls. Apparently, Adagio isn't the only siren not up to her old tricks.
• Adagio joins Flash when he leaves early as his backup, and ends up being a big help by calling Trixie and the Rainbooms so they can help him against Gal-N.
• At the start of the chapter, Flash expresses to Adagio how he thinks all his aliens are awesome and wouldn't give a single one up for even a million dollars. He also expresses how he has faith in the Omnitrix itself, saying how even when it occasionally gives him the wrong alien he trusts it has his back when he needs it to. Later during the climax of the chapter, Flash's faith in the Omnitrix seems to be shaken due to the glitches it has suffered because of Gal-N and how he has't gotten a single correct transformation all chapter, worried the Omnitrix will just give him the wrong alien again and he won't be able to help. Adagio tells him trying is better than doing nothing, reminding him of how he said he has faith in the Omnitrix, now it is time to put it to the test.
• Flash is worried for a bit due to unlocking Bloxx after the Omnitrix recalibrated, worried he may have rest the Omnitrix and lost all the aliens he has come to love. Thankfully, when he checks it after the battle he finds he still has all his aliens available in addition to Bloxx. Then, while looking at the image of his newest alien, he realizes that it was exactly the alien he needed at the time, and that his trust in the Omnitrix had been warranted all along, and that trust would no longer waver in the future.

"Taking Flight"

• After learning that Icarus is Fleetfoot, Trixie shows a lot of maturity when offering her a spot on their team until they can find all of the other medallions. That way, Fleetfoot can keep being a hero a little while longer instead of them taking it from her right away. After a moment of thought, Fleetfoot accepts her offer.
• Fleetfoot renounces the Sky Butterfly Medallion to keep Devious from getting it, with it going to Trixie instead. Fleetfoot declines Trixie's offer to try to get it to re-bond with her afterwards, deciding that she isn't cut out to be a hero like the others are, but is happy knowing that Trixie will put her powers to good use and that she was able to help a few people in the short time she had the medallion herself. She even says that the suit looks better on Trixie anyway.

"Freeze Ups and Melt Downs"

• When Flash and Trixie first arrive at Shining's house, they find Flurry Heart surrounded by a bunch of cuddly plush toys. When Flurry sees Flash she hands him one of her toys, wanting him to play with her, and calls him "Fla!" while doing so, showing that she remembers him now. It goes to show how close the two have become since he first babysat her when he was just a stranger to her.
• Flash realizes that all of Flurry's toys look like his aliens. Cadance says that she made them herself for Flurry after finding out how much Flurry loves Flash's aliens, so they will always be with her when she needs them. Also according to Cadance, now Flurry loves these alien plushies almost as much as she loves Whammy, which certainly speaks volumes.
• When Flash is upset over being stuck as a bunch of small and weak aliens that wouldn't be much help in a straight fight, Fluttershy says she knows how he feels, because her magic isn't that useful in a fight, unlike the rest of her friends. But she also tries to support him by saying that what matters is how they use their powers, focusing on what they can do with what they have instead of what they can't. She ends up proving this later when she uses her magic to talk to a few ants, and find out important information about what Gelidafur and Hectrix are doing from them.
• Cadance sees photos of Flash's new aliens and says she is definitely going to make a plush of Pesky Dust, seeming excited for making Flurry another toy instead of annoyed at having more work to do.

"The Invasion of Canterlot"

• While taking Adagio to the Fall Formal, Flash finally introduces her to his parents. Though he is a bit nervous that she'll do something to make his parents hate her, she actually gets along lovingly with Flash's mom.
• When Flash's old bandmates Ringo and Brawly confront him on why he is dating Adagio after what she did to them and how he has been acting strange recently, they wonder if Adagio got her magic back and has brainwashed Flash again. Adagio, who was standing right behind them, says that she hasn't done anything to Flash and just finds him fun and tells the two of them to stop bullying him.
• Although the announcement for the winner of the Fall Formal Princess is interrupted by Vilgax's attack, many students expected Sunset Shimmer to win, showing she has legitimately become liked enough to get voted for instead of winning through intimidation.

"Secrets of the Omnitrix"

• Although Azmuth initially comes off as cold to Flash and takes the Omnitrix from him, he does have a Pet the Dog moment when he offers to send him to any planet he wants so he can start a new life away from Vilgax. However, the only planet Flash says he is going to is Earth, and that he will stop Vilgax, with or without the Omnitrix.
• While trying to pass Azmuth's test, Flash is once again attacked by the Opticoid and Necrofriggian from earlier. But when the Opticoid is almost sucked into a vortex and is abandoned by his friend, Flash manages to save him by learning to switch alien forms. This causes him to fall just short of finishing the test on time, but Azmuth is impressed by Flash's altruism enough to trust him to keep the Omnitrix anyway.

Behind the Alien, Part 2

"Kagenobi"

• Despite war breaking out between the Ninjage and Nikkobushi and lasting two centuries, the Plumbers are able to broker peace between the two species when they both wish to join. Though it is a bit of an uneasy peace, it is emphasized by the leaders successfully shaking hands, an act that accidentally started the war in the first place, thanks to a special forcefield provided by the Plumbers.

"U-Reek-Ah"

• Similar to the Galvins accidentally created the Galvanic Mechamorphs, the Mephitiosus end up accidentally creating a new species too, the Mephitiosus Gyroids. But while the former pair could be described as "good neighbors" with each other, the latter have a symbiotic relationship with each other, thus making their bond even stronger.
  • The Mephitiosus originally created the Gyroids to be their mindless servants and protectors, but quickly realized they had sentience when the first Gyroid saw a Mephitiosus was in danger and saved it without being ordered to.
  • After realizing they created a new species, instead of continuing to make the Gyroids their servants, essentially making them a Slave Race, the Mephitiosus decided it is their responsibility to educate them and help them grow as individuals, almost like a parent and their child.
  • The Mephitiosus help upgrade the Gyroids by giving them the ability to talk so they can communicate with them. A flashforward also shows the Gyroids now have their own homes to live in and several have been modified with different colors, with some being painted the way they want to so they can show their individuality.
  • There is a brief moment of a young Mephitiosus and Gyroid working together to pull a prank on an alien tiger. Though they get in trouble with the Gyroid leader for it, it is cute to see the two of them having fun together.

Season 3

"World Famous"

• The beginning of the chapter has a montage of several citizens of Canterlot being interviewed about how they feel about Flash Sentry being revealed as the alien heroes. Although a few have negative opinions, most of them express positive opinions of him for what he has done, including a mother mentioning how Bushwhacker saved her baby girl, an old couple glad the alien device ended up with someone using it for good and glad he kept it out of Vilgax's hands, and a fire fighter explaining how his opinions of the aliens changed over time since thanks to them he and others were able to focus on putting out fires and saving more people and hopes he can say thanks to Flash.
• While Flash is being held in jail, his parents, all of his friends, and even Adagio constantly try to visit him, and are not happy with how he is being held and refused visitors after all he has done.
• Twilight has always expressed interest in alien technology, and she is amazed when she finally meets Azmuth, the creator of the Omnitrix and one of the smartest beings in the universe.
• Azmuth arrives on Earth to take back his Omnitrix, due to the world's leaders trying to take it from Flash and create their own versions for each country. Azmuth is only willing to let it stay on Earth if Flash is the one to use it and the government doesn't attempt to use him as a weapon to fight one of their wars.
• Before beginning construction on a Plumber base in Canterlot, Azmuth uses some of his advanced technology to clean up all the damage from Vilgax's invasion, saying it is an apology for all the issues his Omnitrix has caused since coming to Earth, and that the city will be fully restored by the end of the day.
• At the end of the chapter, Flash returns to CHS for the first time since his secret was exposed. It seems like everyone but Trixie and the Rainbooms are not happy to see him, until Ringo and Brawly lead everyone else, students and teachers alike, into clapping and cheering for Flash. Principal Celestia even tells Flash he has done the school proud, with the same warm smile she gives the Rainbooms whenever they save the day.

"The Mysterious Creature"

• Fluttershy proves that her being a Friend to All Living Things extends even to aliens, when she is the first one to propose that maybe the Griffon isn't actually dangerous but is just confused and scared, pointing out a dog can lash out the same way it did but they wouldn't consider it dangerous. Her idea is proven right when they realize it is in pain and is only acting out because it is hurt rather than intentional malice.
• Flash attempts to talk down the Griffon, calmly telling it he means it no harm and naming it Drift, a name it seems to like. When Drift seems like he is willing to listen to Flash he only goes wild again due to the device in his neck harming him, but Flash manages to non-painfully stop him by putting him to sleep with Pesky Dust, and Azmuth easily removes the device from his neck as he's sleeping.

"Old Friends, New Friends"

• Princess Twilight comes to the human world to see Drift, after being told there is a Griffon there.
• Sunset asks about how Spike is absent from Princess Twilight this time, and she explains he was asked by Dragon Lord Ember to help with a problem in the Dragon Lands, noting how this has been happening a lot lately. This might imply some Ship Tease between the two that Princess Twilight isn't picking up on, but regardless, Sunset is happy to hear Spike is showing how great he is to his fellow dragons.
• Azmuth compliments Princess Twilight on her intelligence after she understands how his device to scan the portal and communicate with her works. High praise from someone as smart as him.
• Even though Princess Twilight has a boyfriend of her own now, she still cares about Flash and confronts Adagio about her relationship with him, asking if she is just dating him because he's world famous. Adagio for her part insists that no she isn't, since she dated Flash long before he was famous and likes hanging out with him, and considers the attention she gets just a bonus now. Princess Twilight isn't fully convinced but let’s it go, while still warning there will be consequences if she really is using Flash.
• After Flash initially worried the press was going to see him as a two-timer whenever he hangs out with any girl besides his girlfriend, Adagio takes several pictures of the two of them together with the rest of his friends and posts them online.
  Flash: What are you doing?
  Adagio: Just showing the world that just because you have a lot of girl friends, I'm your one and only girlfriend.

"Ready to Rumble"

• Due to now being a Celebrity Superhero, Flash is offered several special gifts. Flash isn't in the superhero gig for free stuff, but considers it rude to simply refuse. He ends up getting five front row passes to an American Wrestling Federation match, and shares four of them with Adagio, Trixie, Applejack, and Big Mac. Big Mac is especially excited since he is apparently a big AWF fan, so getting to go to a live match is a dream come true for him.
• When Flash is struggling to find a way to defeat Iron Will through brute force, Applejack helps him remember to use his brain instead and outthink him instead.

"Hunter of Pearl"

• Shining Armor reminds Cadance that she and Flurry need to stay out of the water at the beach until he confirms it is safe, with Cadance assuring him the two of them will have fun on the beach with Spike and the girls until then. Flurry cheers in agreement, while also saying a few words she recently learned to use.
• Flash tries to assure the new hybrid that he and his friends mean her no harm, after it becomes clear she is lonely, and tries to explain how they want to help her get to a place she can call home. Flash even gives her the name Pearl after seeing how she has collected several pearls. Flash later gains her trust by saving her from Dynamo with his new alien Skydiver.
• When Pearl is moved to the Plumber base and has a habitat prepared for her like Drift has, they help her feel at home in it by bringing her pearl collection from her cave and pouring them in her tank.

"Good Copy, Bad Copy"

• Fluttershy is seen continuing to help Drift and Pearl learn things, quizzing them pictures of things and asking what they are.
• Flash's name is quickly cleared once Twilight uploads the footage of Shadow and Negatine confessing to framing him, as well as his fight with Shadow. Flash also accepts the sincere apology of the police officers that arrested him, even if he was still a bit sore about being tasered.

"A Dazzling Dispute"

• Although Aria and Sonata haven't had as much focus as Adagio, they both show they have genuinely changed for the better. They not only don't let their chance for fame like they always wanted go to their heads like Adagio initially does, they show they are amazed at witnessing Flash's heroics firsthand, and they both tell Adagio how she has become a lot happier since dating Flash and hanging out with his friends. Sonata even points out that despite Adagio's claims of how great she was before, being cunning and deceptive and capable of manipulating others even without magic, none of it actually made her happy like Flash and his friends do.
• Adagio risks her career to help Flash stop Scales by secretly stealing a glass Diamond on set and using it to distract Scales long enough for Flash and Shining to trap him. She then apologizes to Flash for her behavior and says she understands if he doesn't want to date her anymore, but hopes they can still be friends. Flash forgives her, gently kissing her on the forehead before hugging her, glad she made the right decision in the end and is acting like the version of her he likes, nearly bringing her to tears.
• It turns out Adagio didn't actually ruin anything by stealing the glass Diamond, since the director had five replacements ready, and nobody knows she took the original. When Adagio starts to have second thoughts about the commercial shoot, unsure if she trusts herself to not become a diva again, Flash refuses to let her quit and encourages her, silently assuring he'll make sure she doesn't go overboard again. She gratefully kisses him on the cheek before they begin.
• Though Scales is a lot more violent than Drift and Pearl were at first, Fluttershy is eventually able to win him over too. This is also thanks in part to Flash making some crystal shards for him to snack on as Diamondhead, as a sort of peace offering.
• The final scene has Flash and Adagio celebrating the success of the commercial she and her sisters performed in by her treating him to a meal at his favorite burger joint. In contrast to how she originally acted in the chapter, Adagio fully enjoys herself with the simple meal, not caring at anyone staring at them or thinking they were low-class.

"Tick Tock, Slows The Clock"

• Rainbow Dash decides to train Nelly at the end of the chapter to make her into a real runner like she always wanted to be, so Nelly won't need to cheat anymore.

"Smashing the Competition"

• A few people discuss which of Flash's aliens they like the most.
• Flash grabbing Adagio on his hoverboard and carrying her bridal style. Adagio rolls her eyes at him as he makes a joke over it with a smile.
• Adagio continues to show her growth when she calls out Timber on his bad attitude, saying she used to act just like him before she finally grew up.
• Despite Timber beating up Charger and Shining Armor worrying now it will be even harder for them to earn his trust, Fluttershy is able to once again befriend him quickly with little difficulty.

"Base Invaders"

• After Shining Armor and Azmuth leave, the gang decide to spend the day relaxing around the base, inviting Cadance to join so they can help her look after Flurry Heart and even letting the hybrids out of their enclosures so they can join in on the fun.
• When Flurry starts to get tired, Twilight shows Cadance a medical chamber Flurry can safely sleep in, with Cadance able to check on her easily.
• During the attack by the drones, Adagio gets separated from the group and ends up in the weapons room. She later comes to the rescue of Sunset, Rarity, Rainbow, and Applejack when they are in trouble against the blue drone, tossing them all some weapons she brought with her. Sunset sincerely thanks Adagio for helping them, showing a big improvement between them compared to when Adagio first started hanging out with the group, when the two still borderline hated each other.
• The group successfully keeps the hybrids safe.

"Age is Just a Number"

• The Dazzlings are still popular and are getting multiple gigs, but Adagio is making sure none of them let their fame go to their heads, especially her own.
• The Dazzlings all realize that they have more fond memories of the time after they lost their magic than anything from before, because as Rarity says now that they don't have the luxury of immortality they are making every second of their lives count. This also makes them even more determined to stop Doddery and not let her get away with stealing Rarity's youth.
• Rarity wins the fashion contest with her designs combining both modern and retro designs.

"Tirek's Scheme"

• The chapter starts with Flash spending time with his parents and dog, before Scoop's arrival ruins their relaxing day.
• When Flash is depressed over the apparent death of the hybrids, he eventually decides to honor them with his alien transformations of them. Of course, this is before he and the others realize they are still alive.

"Tirek's Crimes"

• Flash and the others successfully saving the hybrids from Tirek.

"Tirek's Rampage"

• Also doubling as a funny moment, Adagio pulls Flash into their First Kiss as motivation to make it through the battle with Tirek alive.
• After everything they went through all season, the hybrids are finally sent to Equestria safely.
• When Canterlot holds a celebration for Flash after his victory against Tirek, due to all his heroics keeping the city safe. Not only is he given the classic "key to the city" they declare the day of his battle against Tirek to be celebrated as "Flash Day". Flash, ever the Humble Hero, says that he wasn't the only one fighting Tirek and not the only one keeping the city safe, so he proposes it be named "Hero Day"instead, celebrating not just him and his friends but the everyday heroes like cops, firefighters, and doctors that help everyone because they can. This is instantly accepted.

Behind the Alien, Part 3

"Hybrids"

• The hybrids are met by representatives by the other races to take them back to their kingdoms. The only one without a representative is Scoop, since the Diamond Dogs couldn't be found. But Twilight invites him to stay in the castle as long as he wants.
• The leaders of the other kingdoms try to make the hybrids feel as welcome as possible, despite most of the others treating them like outcasts.
• The hybrids all reuniting with each other when Drift gets a job delivering mail to their kingdoms. They realize that since they are all so miserable in their kingdoms, then they can just leave and find their own home. But they decide to stop by Ponyville and ask Scoop to join them first, who instantly agrees. It is unclear if they will ever find a permanent home, but that doesn't matter since they already know anywhere is home as long as they have each other.
• Princess Twilights tells them before they leave that they'll always have her help if they ever need it.

Season 4

"From Time to Time PT1"

• The masked woman seen at the end of "Tirek's Rampage" is revealed to be a grown-up Flurry Heart from 20 years in the future, rather than any villainous character. She traveled to the past hoping she could get Flash to save Shining Armor's life to improve everyone's lives in the future.
• Flurry Heart refers to Flash as "Uncle Flash", despite him and Twilight not being married. This shows how much she cares about him and sees him as family despite his abrasive personality, and him snapping at her not to call him that.
• Although in the future Flash has lost touch with most of his other friends he has still kept in contact with Twilight. Despite claiming they don't talk much he is still close enough with her and her family for Flurry to be close with him.
• Though Cadance is still mourning the death of her husband, she doesn't take her anger out on Flash when she sees him and tells him Shining died a hero.

"From Time to Time PT2"

• Twilight sends a message to the rest of the Rainbooms and Trixie, telling them about Flash and his past self fighting Animac and Vilgax, with all of them arriving to help despite their friendship having been strained for so long.
• Flurry Heart uses her father's old Multi-Striker herself, and lands the finishing blow on Animac with help from the Rainbooms and Trixie. Twilight even tells her that her dad would be proud of her.
• Flash helping his future self come to terms with Shining's death, and remember the most important thing he taught him about being a hero, having a human heart and soul. Flash decides to honor Shining's memory, realizing he wouldn't want him to only remember how he died.
• Before Flash leaves the future it seems like things will get better for everyone, with the Rainbooms reunited, Flash's future self reconnecting with all his old friends and having come to terms with Shining's death. Despite that though, his future self gives him the chance to change the future for the better and save Shining by unlocking six new aliens for him.
• When Flash returns to the Present and sees Shining Armor alive and well, all he can do is hug him, to Shining's surprise and confusion.
• After Flash tells everyone about his trip to the future and how he changed it by saving Shining, Cadance thanks Flash for saving her husband while hugging him and crying Tears of Joy, then gently kisses him on the cheek and tells him he'll always be considered part of their family for this. When Flurry Heart reaches for Flash while giggling happily, Cadance lets him hold her so she can thank him too, and as Flash holds Flurry close he briefly remembers her older self and quietly thanks her, telling her he looks forward to watching her grow up into an amazing woman.

"Get in the Spider Zone"

• Flash has taken the words of his future self to heart and has practiced with all his new aliens, aiming to be just as good as him but without pushing his friends away.
• After Chrysalis steals the data from her competitor, suspicion initially falls on Flash due to no normal human being capable of pulling this off. Twilight and the other students all immediately speak in his defense, since Flash has been with them the whole time.

"Digital Dilemma"

• The Dazzlings sincerely apologize for accidentally releasing Viral and causing the problems of the chapter. The others forgive them, and although Shining notes he should ban them like he did with Timber, he's going to give them a second chance since he can see they're sincere and nobody got hurt.

"No One Can Hear You Scream"

• After Flash, Shining, and Rarity return safely after a successful mission, Twilight and Adagio hug Shining and Flash respectively while the others do the same to Rarity.

"Love Lost"

• Flash, Adagio, and Timber all help Twilight celebrate Shining Armor and Cadance's anniversary. This includes setting up the house and preparing a romantic dinner for them, and Flash and Adagio taking Flurry off their hands for the day so they don't need to worry about her.
• When the Hate Plague first starts to come down across Canterlot in the form of magic powder, one of Flash's first instincts is hoping it isn't carcinogenic while trying to clean it off Flurry Heart.
• Spike is thankfully able to avoid being affected by the potion thanks to being inside Twilight's lab when it started coming down, meaning he is just as helpful and supportive to Twilight as usual.
• After Shining and Cadance are cured, they both immediately apologize to each other for what they said. Towards the end when they are taking Flurry home they both bring up the problems they yelled at each other about, joking about them and showing they are willing to overcome these grievances by talking.
• Adagio realizes that she and Flash don't actually love each other when they don't feel any different about each other even when affected by the potion. The two decide that it is better for them to break up if nothing will come of their relationship, not wanting to hold each other back from finding true love, but agree to stay friends. After the two share a hug together, Flash gives Adagio one final kiss, convincing the both they made the right decision. Also unknown to the two of them, Twilight overheard their whole conversation, convincing her to break up with Timber.

"Break Up Reaction"

• When Adagio suggests maybe she should stop hanging out with the group due to how awkward things are between her and Flash since their breakup, Trixie and the Rainbooms are both opposed to the idea, showing how they have all come to see Adagio as a friend now.
• Shining suggests his old friend Spearhead should consider joining the Plumbers since he seems to have good instincts connecting a strange event to something alien. Spearhead likes the idea.
• Flash's parents help him when he is feeling down about his breakup with Adagio, encouraging him that if his friendship with her is worth it then he needs to work through whatever awkward feelings there are between them. Flash's dad also says he is still friends with a few girls he used to date before he married his wife, which she is aware of and is okay with.
• Despite the awkwardness they went through, Flash and Adagio ultimately are able to put their awkwardness behind them and start a normal friendship.
• Doubling as an Awesome moment, Flash rushes into a collapsing building to save an old woman even when the Omnitrix is timed out. He succeeds and manages to carry her to safety, with the old woman's grandson thanking Flash as if he had saved the whole world.
• After Flash makes this save, Twilight suddenly hugs him due to thinking he was going to die. As Flash assures her he's fine and had to do something, Spike leaps into Flash's arms and lets him scratch his ears. Adagio sees all this going on, suddenly understanding why her relationship with Flash didn't work, but instead of being upset about it is okay with it.
• Flash and Twilight, now both single, have some milkshakes together while wishing each other luck searching for their true loves, while also saying until then they will still have their friends and each other.

"Twilight's Haunting"

• After everyone mourns Flash's apparent death for almost a week, it is revealed he isn't actually dead but stuck in a ghost-like Partial Transformation. Nobody is more thankful than his parents though, with them tearfully reuniting with him.

"Group Therapy"

• Despite Shining Armor being angry at how Flash almost killed Animac as Ghostfreak, as soon as Flash explains that he doesn't remember anything, especially not almost killing someone, and that he was just sleeping the entire night, Shining believes him and they both realize that something is not right.

"Ghostfreaked Out"

• A villainous example, Negatine still refers to Shadow as his son despite his failure against Flash, and blames Flash for him still being locked up.
• When Ghostfreak goes out of control and starts beating Negatine senseless, the others save him from Ghostfreak by restraining Ghostfreak while Rainbow runs Negatine to a police station.
• Despite the bad experience with Zs'Skayr, Azmuth plans to re-add Ectonurite DNA to the Omnitrix as soon as he makes sure it is safe, refusing to let his work go unfulfilled because of this.

"Parental Misguidance"

• As part of his Reasonable Authority Figure status, Azmuth refuses to remove the Omnitrix from Flash even when his parents want it removed due to the danger their son has constantly been facing recently. However, he also speaks to them gently about how being overprotective of him won't help him, revealing how his own overprotectivness of Albedo indirectly contributed to his death.
• Shining Armor relates to Flash's parents worrying about him since he's a father himself to Flurry, and despite being terrified of hearing what Flurry did in the future he says he wouldn't try to stop her from joining the Plumbers now, since it's her right to want to help people even if he worries for her.

"Stars and Shields Forever"

• The Dazzlings and Amethyst Star are ultimately scouted by the VIPs and go to Hollywood to become movie stars.
• Flash, Trixie, Shining, and the Rainbooms all saying goodbye to the Dazzlings at the airport. As they say goodbye to their former enemies, they say to come back and visit when they're rich and famous, and the Dazzlings in turn telling them to come see their first blockbuster.
• Flash and Adagio saying goodbye to each other, reminiscing that this all happened because of a random dating site match. The two share a hug together, and Adagio surprises Flash with a quick goodbye kiss on the lips.

"Ten V Ten"

• While the whole city is in a state of panic due to the constant attacks by the nine criminals, Flash and his friends assuring everyone they're on the case is enough to calm everyone.

"The Ultimate Opponent PT1"

• When it is clear the Negative Ten have won the battle in the Plumber base and the heroes need to leave now, Twilight yells at Flash to get out now with Azmuth, Trixie, and Shining, not caring about being left behind. Flash promises to come back for them.

"The Ultimate Opponent PT2"

• Shining comforts Flash during his Heroic BSoD, assuring him that the Omnitrix is just a tool and he's the real hero, and the one thing Shadow doesn't have compared to him is the heart and spirit of a human.
• During the battle with Ultimate Riot-Horn, Flash yells at Shadow that he will not have him bad-mouthing Shining.
• After the battle is over and the Negative Ten are defeated, the families of everyone who fought drive up to the Plumber base and quickly rush out, hugging everyone and making sure they are alright.
• Flash being willing to sacrifice the Omnitrix in order to save the whole city.

Behind the Alien, Part 4

"Cat-Apult"

• This is another chapter that highlights The Power of Friendship.
  • It initially focuses on the three species of Saxumundus as individuals, but it quickly has them all coming together and helping each other.
  • The main group of the chapter starts with a male Trabeamus making an alliance with a Canifigerra that accidentally destroyed its home. They then meet a female Trabeamus that has allied with a Felistacatus. The two mice take an instant liking to each other and the two groups join together, and by the time they are seen again they have become a family.

"Lantool"

• The first aliens that the Pulserians meet are Brainstorm's species, the Cerebrocrustaceans. After showing the Pulserians they had nothing to fear from them, they welcomed them aboard their ship and took them in, helping them understand several languages and helped make their place in the universe by creating special specialized suits for them that functioned just like their containment cubes, which included granting them the ability to finally talk.
• The Pulserians realize they are all have a talent as mechanical engineers and set out to help those in need throughout the galaxy by answering distress signals and repairing their ships, like how the Cerebrocrustaceans helped them. They are shown repairing a ship for some Appoplexians.
• Though the Pulserians learn how to create more of their race using the rainbow dwarf star of Cosmicore, it is shown they are capable of creating their own offspring too when two red and pink Pulserians have a child together, inspiring others to create their own offspring together.
• Once the Pulserians finally have a planet of their own, they name it in honor of the micro system that created their race, calling it "Neo Cosmicore".
