Heartwarming / Stan Frederick

• Stan helping a Proxy get out from under the Slender Man's thumb, at least for a little while, in "Don't Shoot the Messenger". He returns in Season 3, having started a support group for victims of the Slender Man.
• "21. Foreword" shows that Stan has finally married Susan!
• "Corruptelam" has Stan reuniting a client with the Corruptelam (read: spirit) of his mother, who was taken by the Slender Man. For added fuzzies, the video was uploaded on Mother's Day.
• "Thirty Nine" has Stan sincerely thanking all his followers for watching and getting a well-deserved reunion with Erik thanks to the dimensional travel paper.
• Recently, Stan has changed his Twitter handle to "Evan Frederick", showing that he's ready to stop running from his past.
• In "Signal Disruptor", Evan reveals to Angel that she has the same power of protecting people from monsters just like he did, when she learns of this her immediate response is to help the other people in the support group, and heads off into the nearby forest to face the Slender Man.
  • Also due to a Match Cut, it's heavily implied Angel reminds Evan of Serena, which really shows how highly he thinks of both.
• In "To Die", it's revealed that TEACHER is stopping Evan from killing himself, even peacefully offering an earbud so the two of them can listen to a song together.
