  • Seven entertaining a toddler by mimicking the movements of the child's mother in "Good Morning".
  • The seven monsters offering to take care of the laundry and let their mother get some rest after seeing how tired she's getting in "Seven Monsters and a Baby".
  • When One is having trouble adjusting to wearing a patch to cure her lazy eye in "Out of Sight", her siblings show their support by wearing eyepatches themselves.
  • In "The Whole Tooth", Six feels insecure about having lost a tooth before her ballet recital, but smiles after seeing that her siblings and her own mother have painted a tooth in their own mouths to look like they are also each missing a tooth.
  • "Elephant!" has a part where the family looks at baby pictures of the monsters, and one of the photos is of One flying as a baby while carrying Six to give her a ride.
  • "Runaway Mom"
    • The monsters go to a policeman to try and find their mother, who is visited by his own mother and assures the monsters that their mother being mad at them doesn't mean she doesn't love them anymore.
    • At the end of the episode, Mama assures her children that she still loves them and the whole family goes on a hot air balloon ride, as Mama knew how much the monsters wanted to go on one.
  • Four being grateful to have his siblings back at the end of "It's a Wonder-Four Life".
  • "All's Quiet on the Monster Front" ends with Two writing his song about how much he loves his brothers and sisters.
  • Seven succeeding in achieving a significant donation for building a new home for Sing Song the panda in "Pennies for Seven", especially when his head gets embraced by Sing Song's new mate surrounded by their cubs.
  • "The Nose Knows" begins with Two receiving a rose from an old woman for complimenting the scent of her roses as well as using his nose to rescue a cat stuck up a tree.
  • "The Winning Streak"
    • Mama assuring Six that she doesn't have to be as good at bowling as her to make her proud.
    • Six giving the bowling trophy to the bowler who lost.
