• The ending to Fuse's Blue/Rouge case file. Blue accepts a position as headmaster of the Magic Academy (and also stopping being the Jerkass he's known for), while Rouge travels the world, eventually getting a job at a casino in Baccarat.
• The ending to T260G's scenario. The Mec shuts down, having completed its mission. But Gen angrily reminds T260G that there is one more mission left. In the end, T260G reunites with Rosemary and Thyme in Junk.
• The ending Fuse's Emilia case file, following the 'Contact Emilia' path. Despite the chaos Ren as Joker has done, Fuse still knocks some sense on him and tells him that redemption is still possible for him: Just keep doing his job as an IRPO agent and earn Emilia's trust and forgiveness. And instead of what happened in Emilia's default scenario, she admits that despite the many arguments, she still loved Ren's detective self.
• Why does Fuse want a flower from the Mosperiburg mountains in the Shield Card quest? Well, if you complete the quest in Fuse's scenario, you're treated to a cutscene of the IRPO agents giving it to the receptionist as a birthday gift! Dawwwww....
• In Asellus's Full Human ending, she purges Orlouge's blood from herself by killing him and abandons Mystic power for a temporary but fulfilled life as a human. Not only does she get her wish, but despite her embracing her humanity - or maybe out of respect for just that fact - her Mystic allies and friends show up decades later to memorialize her when she passes from old age.
