- Anton and Mike improvising poetry while Sarah and them are camping in the woods as a post-return to Earth training exercise. Both express their love of nature in their respective country, with Mike using more straightforward but no less nostalgic words.
- Stella, who has had troubles socializing up to this point, spies on other kids from her apartment with an optical telescope. The kids spot her, go up to her door and tell her they know she's there and invite her to play outside. Then a big smile forms on her face.
- Mike invokes Perfection Is Impossible to Sarah when she is at her lowest (after failing an underwater training and Stella ignoring her on the phone) when they go shopping for the last time before leaving Earth, and hugs her.Mike: There's no such thing as a perfect astronaut, just like there's no such thing as a perfect mother.
- Sarah breaks her pre-launch quarantine and honors her promise to take Stella to see the Soyuz rocket on its launching pad at Baikonur.
- The end credits pay a tribute to a number of Real Life female astronauts who were mothers before leaving the Earth.
