As a Moments subpage, all spoilers are unmarked as per policy. You Have Been Warned.

Episode 1 - A Whole New Whirled

  • One of Peacemaker’s few friends is Eagly, who he loves unconditionally. Eagly reciprocates that affection with undying loyalty and protectiveness to his owner. He hugs Peacemaker in his first appearance.
  • In spite of his jerkass tendencies and bloodlust, Peacemaker seems to really want to be a hero. He’s aware of his own faults, and guilt-trips himself over mistakes he’s made. He may be a complete asshole, but he is trying to do better.
    • As we see later, his father is an extreme white supremacist klansman who flies around with power armor calling himself the White Dragon. That Peacemaker is able to come out of that childhood even capable of recognizing a bit of good is a testament to his character.
  • When Leota is talking to her mother, none other than Amanda Waller herself, Waller says her daughter has god-given talent and gives her advice about the job she has gotten for her. She ends the call by saying “Night, baby girl.”
    • Made even more heartwarming when you learn in a later episode exactly what those skills are, and how it has absolutely nothing to do with the black ops business.

Episode 2 - Best Friends for Never

  • Vigilante cheering up Peacemaker after he's overcome by guilt. He may be more twisted than a pretzel, but he's a genuinely good friend to have.

Episode 3 - Better Goff Dead

  • After some time staking out the Goff household, Chris and Harcourt have a surprising moment of vulnerability together as they discuss how they both ended up there in the first place.
  • In a crucial moment of taking out the target, Peacemaker's anxiety balloons into a full-blown existential crisis. With literally everyone freaking out and regretting working with him, we hear this gem said in the softest voice possible from resident Heroic Comedic Sociopath Vigilante: "Hey, dude? Move over for a sec."

Episode 4 - The Choad Less Traveled

  • It ends up making things worse, but Vigilante attempting to kill Auggie for all the abuse he put Peacemaker through does show how much he cares about his friend, even after said friend let him nearly get one of his toes cut off in the previous episode.

Episode 5 - Monkey Dory

  • At the beginning of Monkey Dory, Eagly sees Peacemaker very depressed, carrying over from the night prior. He attempts to cheer him up by bringing a dead squirrel for him. While he insists Eagly eats it instead, he appreciates his pet trying to cheer him up.
  • Peacemaker finally bonds with Economos over Hanoi Rocks being one of their favorite bands. After so many episodes fighting with Economos and calling him "Dye-Beard", Peacemaker reacts to Economos killing a Butterfly gorilla with a chainsaw by shaking his hand and calls him by his name from then on. When Vigilante gets upset that Economos took the chainsaw kill from him, Peacemaker insultingly calls him "Thimble", an old derogatory nickname from high school, and walks off.
    • After the mission, Harcourt creates the text group "11th Street Kids" for the team, with the first message being a picture she took of them celebrating after finishing the job. Her reactions to the texts back are just pure joy.
  • A small detail but Leota finds a framed newspaper clipping of how Peacemaker, early in his vigilantism, saved Evergreen from Kite-Man (of all people). Despite the infamous reputation he's garnered since, this does emphasize how earnest his efforts towards being a superhero are, and shows that he was adored initially.
  • Chris and Leota bonding near the end of the episode. Chris mentions how he had no one to actually support him through all these years, and Leota reassures him that he's a good man. Even though Leota has to ruin the moment by planting his diary in his house, she clearly isn’t happy doing this after bonding with him.

Episode 6 - Murn After Reading

  • During show and tell at Jamil's daughter's school, while Peacemaker gives the kids who ask questions unflattering nicknames, from "gender-swapped Alfred E. Neuman" to "Rubik's cube world champion 2025", he refers to Jamil's daughter as "Jamil's kid", showing he's being respectful to Jamil, since he invited him to her school to help his daughter impress her classmates at show and tell.
  • Leota spends her time off cuddling on the couch with Keeya, who is genuinely concerned about her and assures her that if the job is really getting to her, she can walk away and they will figure out another way to solve their financial issues.

Episode 7 - Stop Dragon My Heart Around

  • In the opening flashback, we see Chris and his big brother Keith rocking out together in their room.
    • Doubly so in the context of the previous Episode, which showed Chris later learned to play 'Home Sweet Home' on piano. A song that the both of them enjoyed. Tragic though everything that followed was, it's telling as to how much Chris cherished his time with his brother.
  • After it looks like Vigilante may have blown himself up along with the Aryans, Peacemaker calls out to him and tries to run towards the blast, only to be stopped by Economos.
  • After Eagly gets injured by White Dragon, Peacemaker prays to God to keep his friend alive and well. Eagly does wake up doing fine, and hugs his owner yet again.
    • Leota watches and flashes back to him explaining the first hug to her.

Episode 8 - It's Cow or Never

  • Vigilante chopping Butterfly!Fitzgibbon’s head in half, saying no one hurts his BFF. He really is a loyal friend to Peacemaker.
  • Superman is a part of the Justice League members that show up at the end. Considering that the last we heard of him was that Bloodsport put him in the ICU, it's good to know that the Man of Steel is in proper shape to save the world again.
  • Chris finally forgives Leota for planting the diary to frame him, even considering her as his second BFF, and to add on to that, Leota clears Peacemaker's name by exposing Project Butterfly and Task Force X.
    • Leota also finally reunites with her wife for good.
  • While the series ultimately opts to defy going the Belligerent Sexual Tension route with Peacemaker and Harcourt like a viewer would automatically assume it would, they still share a tender moment when she finally comes to in the ICU. She learns Chris had been waiting for her for days, which brings her to tears.
  • Economos being back at Belle Reve, having framed the picture of him, Peacemaker, Leota, and Vigilante laughing in the van that Harcourt took in episode 5 to remind him that he finally has friends and a newfound sense of self-respect.
  • Peacemaker and Vigilante are seen still messing around with weaponry and explosives together.
  • After all is said and done, Eek Stack Ik Ik / "Royland Goff" holds nothing against Chris. She opts to stop trying to hurt him in favor of reasoning with him, sincerely thanks him for treating her with kindness, and even after the cow dies, Peacemaker spares her life. "Goff" is last seen hanging out with Chris in the last scene of season 1. Notably, she's not in a host body or even a jar, indicating the start of a Heel–Face Turn, or at least the end of all hostilities with Peacemaker.
