• When Paddy and his brother Sinbad bond while his parents fight
• When Paddy becomes frightened when he locks Sinbad in a suitcase and can't open the lid, then he wonders why Sinbad didn't complain. It is after this he realises that his brother looks up to him and Paddy wants to protect him.
