    Season 1
  • Sunny talks to a photo of herself and her father as she wonders what to do with her friends. She points out that her father always brought out the best in her and Sunny realizes she needs to bring them together to bring out the best in them and thanks her father.
  • Sunny's house is a wreck because her friends weren't cooperating, and Sunny is clearly getting close to the end of her rope. She would have been well within her rights to be angry or tell everypony to leave. Instead of doing that, she stays calm and encourages her friends to work together.
  • Queen Haven encouraging young Zipp to keep trying to perform her stunts. It's sweet to see that despite their somewhat strained relationship, Zipp still thinks fondly of her.
  • While telling the girls to just be honest with Izzy about her annoying habits while living together, Hitch gets interrupted by a jailed pony who snaps at him to be quiet. In response, Hitch offers him a cup of tea and some biscuits. The pony takes them and immediately apologizes for snapping at him.
  • When Pipp makes a mistake while styling Phyllis' mane, she runs off, afraid that her boutique is about to get shut down. Cue Zipp following her to encourage her not to give up, pointing out all the ponies Pipp made happy already. It was enough to get Pipp to return and give Phyllis the mane she wanted (her exact same style).
  • After a full episode of his tour going wrong due to Izzy being a box, Hitch breaks down, thinking it's a failure. The girls not only encourage him but also tell him things that show they were paying attention to the tour, despite looking like they were focused on Izzy. This cheers him up and leads to him realizing how to get Izzy out of the box.
  • "Clip Trot": What does Pipp choose to be the next big thing? The video of her friends doing their own unique dance moves from the beginning of the episode.
  • While they did it the very wrong way, Hitch's animal friends getting him his favorite things to show him their appreciation is very sweet.
  • When Izzy comes home on T.U.E.S Day, her friends are all there to celebrate with her. She asks if they pretended like they forgot, Sunny responds by saying... they forgot. They all apologize to her and agree to spend the rest of the day celebrating the unicorn holiday.
  • When Sunny goes to meet her friends for a hike, only Izzy shows up, and even she forgot they were supposed to go on a hike. Despite that, Izzy still goes with Sunny on a hike.
    • When the rest of their friends realize they forgot about the hike, they head to the Crystal Brighthouse, only to find Sunny and Izzy aren't there. Rather than wait, they head out to make sure their friends are safe.
  • After Izzy deletes her footage of Maretime Bay Day, Pipp spends the episode sad. After their first attempts to cheer her up fail, Zipp comes up with a new idea; recreate Maretime Bay Day in their garden. Pipp cheers up at just seeing it all set up.
  • When Zipp's sunglasses go missing, she realizes that Izzy has been measuring her head the whole time. Izzy fails to come up with a good explanation and bails. Guilty as charged, right? Nope. Turns out Izzy was taking Zipp's measurements to create a special visor to help Zipp with detective work and didn't want to spoil the surprise.
    • Upon receiving said visor, Zipp immediately forgets about her sunglasses and starts using the visor like a child with a new toy.
  • After Sunny's friends fail to help her control her alicorn powers, Hitch tries to cheer her up with words. As they're talking, they notice a large wave about to crash into a group of foals playing on the beach. Sunny immediately starts running to help the foals, triggering her powers in the exact way she needed them to.
  • Zipp and Pipp may be complete opposites, but when the situation calls for it (such as their friends being turned into foals), they can work together flawlessly.
  • Upon seeing Dhalia fail to sell flowers (because earth ponies can grow their own flowers using magic), Hitch heads over and buys some flowers (presumably, since we don't hear them after he walks over and the scene changes before any exchange happens).
    • Sunny also tries to help Dahlia in her own way, and, while it results in a disaster at first, it leads to Dahlia being able to make her flowers special, letting her sell them once more.
  • Queen Haven and Alphabittle cheering up Sunny after the Maretime Bay Sports Day goes awry and all the ponies start arguing, and give her advice on how to be a good leader.
  • In "My Bananas", Pipp is able to get Sunny out of her depression by showing her some of her own "fails", and encourages her to own her mistakes.
  • Everypony (including Posey) showing up to help the Mane Five clean up Maretime Bay in "Another Pony's Trash".
  • The recordings of Argyle seen in "Starscout Code".
    • He genuinely believed his daughter would be the one to bring magic back to Equestria, and would make the friends she needed to accomplish this along the way.
    • Sunny tears up when she watches the second recording of Argyle holding her as a foal.
  • "Pippsqueaks Forever" shows just how much Pipp's fans mean to her. She doesn't want to let any of them down, and eagerly allows the Pippsqueaks to help create her product.
  • "Dragon Dad": Hitch's dedication to being a father figure to Sparky is very sweet.
  • "Nightmare Night Party": After being shown zero respect from Opaline for all her hard work, Misty gets to have some fun dancing with Izzy.
  • A chain of Disaster Dominoes has led to Queen Haven getting hit in the face with an unbaked carrot cake, and Pipp is fearing the worst. Queen Haven, rather than react negatively, comforts her and tells her that Harvest and Hugs Day wasn't ruined, and that she just enjoyed being with her daughters and their friends.
  • "Snow Pun Intended": The Mane Five do everything they can to help Posey learn to enjoy the snow.
  • "Foal Food": The flashbacks Hitch, Pipp, Zipp and Izzy have to enjoying their favorite holiday treats as foals.
  • "A Day in the Life" Hitch taking care of Pipp after she falls ill.
  • At the end of "Secret Ad-Mare-Er", Zipp comforts Izzy after her attempts to share the Hearts and Hooves Day spirit with Maretime Bay fall flat.
  • Misty having fun with the Mane Five during "Opaline Alone".
  • "Mare Family, Mare Problems":
    • Queen Haven and Alphabittle make for a really sweet couple.
    • Pipp and Zipp apologise to Alphabittle for being so hostile toward him, and eagerly accept him into their family activities.
  • "I've Seen Fire And I've Seen Rain(Bows)": The Mane Five make it clear that they hold no grudges against Misty for working with Opaline, and gladly accept her as their friend.
  • "Sparkle School": Sunny comforts the despondent Misty by admitting that she too knows what it's like to feel out of place (due to her Alicorn status). The connection they make is enough to finally make Misty's cutie mark sparkle.
  • "Nightmare Night Market":
    • Alphabittle is still overjoyed to be reunited with Misty after all these years, openly praising her in front of others.
    • While Alphabittle briefly hesitates to give Misty the cure (due to being reminded of the years he missed out on), he chooses to restore her to her true age.
  • "Misty Moves In":
    • Alphabittle gives Misty some fatherly advice after the pressure of living with others overwhelms Misty.
    • After learning that they went a little overboard, Misty's friends make her her own private nook where she can be by herself when she needs to.
  • "The Rise and Fall": All of Equestria singing in support of Sunny.

    Season 2
  • "Icy Prints": Sunny encourages Equestria not to fear Allura, as their unity is stronger than anything.
  • "Cake Dragon":
    • Seeing how upset Sparky is at the destruction of his cake dragon "brother", Hitch makes a dragon plushy for him out of the remains.
    • Sparky calling Hitch "Papa".
  • "Jazz Hearts Rocky":
    • Jazz's crush on Rocky is very adorable to watch, especially when it leads to her absent-mindedly drawing a picture of the two of them together on a mirror in lipstick.
    • The Mane Six are fully onboard with the idea of the two becoming a couple, and give Jazz lots of well-meaning (if not fully successful) advice on how to ask him out.
    • Rocky reveals that he wanted to ask Jazz to the very event she wanted to ask him to, and the two become an Official Couple. Their cutie marks join together, creating a shower of hearts around them.
  • "Swirlpool Starlight": When Misty is overwhelmed with guilt over her past misdeeds, both Izzy and Violette encourage her that whatever she did before doesn't make her a bad pony in the now.
  • "Written in the Starscouts" introduces Sunny's mother via an enchanted memory book. She turns out to have been as kind and caring a mother as any child would want, encouraging Sunny and gifting her with a telescope so she could always see where she was going.
