- Whenever any of the rude Mr. Men or Little Miss Pet the Dog can be rather endearing.
Books
- Mr. Uppity's book has his thanking the newspaper man for the first time, earning him a smile from the newspaper man, something he isn't used to getting. Likewise him telling a man how to get to the bank earns him a "Thank you" from the man, something he also isn't used to getting and it makes him happy.
- Mr. Cheerful's story has Little Miss Splendid helping him get over his Dark Secret (Only having three hairs on his head) by telling him that people think of his bright smile and not how many hairs he has on his head. It shows that despite thinking a lot of herself, she does have a heart.
- Miss Hug gets Mr. Grumpy to smile and hug her through her own hugging.
- Mr Quiet and Little Miss Shy's entire relationship. They're especially adorable in the duet they sing together in the musical.
- Mr. Happy giving Mr. Quiet a well-deserved meal when the latter arrives in Happyland. It's especially nice considering the implication that Mr. Quiet had been malnourished for months due to the Loudlanders not being able to hear his quiet voice.
TV series
- The 90s cartoon's episode "A Very Happy Day For Mr. Happy" has all the Mr. Men and Little Miss (Including Mr. Uppity) banding together to go and cheer up Mr. Happy when he falls into a depression.
