Heartwarming / Matt's Monsters

• As revealed in the episode "Average Family Tales", Matt and Dink became friends when they were both babies, and Dink's name was, in fact, Matt's first word.
• In the same episode, after baby Matt starts crying at seeing Dink jailed, his mother unsuccessfully attemps to hush him with several things. Firstly she pulls a flypaper Matt used to play with previously, then she pulls the stuffed giraffe that baby Socrates threw at Matt before, and lastly she pulls what happens to be baby Manson, who promptly takes off her own pacifier and shuts Matt up with it.
• After the team captures the evil doll monster Ludofractor, they learn it gained sentience and became evil because no child wanted to buy it from the toy shop for looking too creepy. Then the Ludofractor starts to leave visibly saddened, until Manson characteristically states she finds it adorable and hugs it while asking it to stay with her. Happy to have an owner, the monster celebrates on her hands and turns back into an inanimate doll, as it had always been.
