Heartwarming / Mario Strikers

• Charged:
  • When the opposing team scores against Yoshi, Yoshi will sometimes be shown looking depressed until a teammate comes over to comfort him. Considering some of the captains will abuse their own team when scored against, it's nice to see how much Yoshi's teammates like him. Especially if said teammates are Dry Bones, Hammer Bro, or even Boo.
    • In that same vein, Luigi thanking one of his teammates after he scores, made even sweeter by how the teammate will tilt their head back and shake their hands as if to say that was all him. Doubly so when you remember that unlike the rest of the cast (with the exceptions of Yoshi, Diddy Kong and Petey whom instead takes their anger out on the enemy, though Yoshi and Diddy don’t attack them either), he's the only team leader who doesn't take his anger out on them when they get scored against.
    • Mario also doesn't take his anger out on his teammates should a goal be scored on him. Instead, he grumbles in annoyance and breathes heavily, but remains composed and keeps his anger in check. Seems like niceness runs in the Bros. when it comes to sports.
• Battle League:
  • Since the game goes for a more Lighter and Softer approach, it's charming for the characters to actually be themselves, rather than taking several levels in being jerks.
  • In trailer's opening we see Mario and Peach sharing a sweet moment lying together on a hillside. That is, until the former gets socked in the face by a soccer ball, resulting in the two lovebirds facing off each other in a soccer match.
