Heartwarming / Gamera 3: Awakening of Irys

• While Ayane's aunt and uncle are rather cold to her, insisting that she change her surname to theirs due to the village being old fashioned it's different with her cousin Shigeki. He's protective of her, thinking that Tatsunari hurt her and gives Ayane a lesson on Chinese constellations and guardian protectors.
• Nagamine's reunion with Osako in a bar.
  • Osako: "I haven't had beer this good...in a long time."
  • Even before that she sees him as a vendor, she knows its him but he denies it so she decides not to press. She simply comments that he reminded her of a friend and it made her happy and she makes a purchase from him.
• Gamera rescuing the F-15J pilots being menaced by Iris. The pilots are ordered to shoot him down due to the destruction he brought fighting the Hyper Gyaos, but still, it’s the thought that counts.
• Gamera saves Ayana, even standing over patiently as Ayana is given CPR.
• Moribe moments prior is the one who saved Ayana from Irys's attempt at More than Mind Control. The dagger he carried couldn't harm Irys, but his Heroic Sacrifice is what convinces her to abandon the monster.
