On Aki's route, when the protagonist's younger brother calls her near closing time with an emergency order for fifty cakes that he needs by the next day, the protagonist has no option but to go to Aki to beg the use of Larme's kitchen overnight, expecting to have to burn the midnight oil by herself to try to pull it off. Instead, Aki and Momoi both swing into action and call in a favor from Yuto as well to make sure that not only do the cakes get made, but that they make something tailored to the client's needs and up to Larme's standards. Furthermore, when Ikumi comes in the next morning and finds all three of them wrecked from the all-nighter, she huffs indignantly that they should've called her in to help. The whole incident clearly illustrates that the Larme staff aren't just colleagues, they're a close-knit little family to themselves.
On Kazuki's route, Momoi flatly refuses to make the cakes for Kazuki and Yuriko's engagement party, and damn the money. He doesn't elaborate on his reasons, but it's pretty clear that it's because of how affronted he is by Kazuki's treatment of the protagonist.
