- Any moment in general between Ras and Mercedes, really, as well as any time he or Arky refer to her as "Meru".
- Queen Diene's unshakable faith in Mercedes' ability to be a good person, despite her being a Homunculus created specifically to be a vessel for Archdemon Anghraf and become the most powerful - and evil - being in the world. As shown by the events of the series, Diene's faith was most certainly not misplaced.
- The crowning example of heartwarming moments between Ras and Meru has to be when he conducts the ritual to save her soul from being forever intwined with the soul of Archdemon Anghraf. When she realizes what Ras did for her, she tackles him and cries her eyes out as shown in the page image.
- The beautiful moment when Luluca reunites with Violet in Chapter 9 of Godkiller, embracing and shouting joyfully, enough to match the moment when Mercedes hugs Ras.
