• If the Summer Lady has the eyes of a snake, what are the Wintersmith's eyes supposed to be?
  • Pale lavender tints in the air, like Tiffany saw before he built himself a body. Not every personification - deity, elemental, whatever - has the eyes of a specified creature; some are just a color or fleck of light. Lady Luck and Fate have always been depicted as having pure green and solid black eyes, respectively, and Death's "eyes" are pinpricks of blue, deep inside bony sockets.
