- Does Alex start dating Luke in order to get to Matt? If so, how does she know that Matt is back in Chicago, and why didn't she do that while Matt was in New York?
- What's the plot purpose
of Lisa's suspicion (or the possibility) that the death wasn't an accident? Is that merely for her to hide from Daniel, thus making space for Matt's search to sufficiently progress without resolving too soon? What's the author's intention behind not resolving Daniel's subplot and not even showing who Lisa had escaped from through the window (similarly to not clearly showing Alex in several of her first scenes)?
