• When Munro's company is first attacked, two Huron warriors rush out and hack into oblivious soldiers with tomahawks. But then they're never seen again. The company keeps moving, some awkwardly drawing up ranks while others keep marching, and Magua is shown continuing to track them for another minute before the ambush finally begins. What the heck happened to those two initial Huron?
• Cora and Alice are at the front of Munro's column on a horse. When the company gets attacked, they ride a little bit back toward the ongoing battle, get off their horse and just crouch in the middle of the melee. Why didn't they ride off to someplace where musketballs weren't whizzing past them?
