• The holographic Noonien knows that Juliana broke up with the real Noonien and insists that the real Juliana would have done the same. This seems like a statement written by the real Noonien and not the conclusion of an automated FAQ program. Did Noonien implant the chip into her after she left him?
  • Soong was a technical genius able to create at least two artificial personalities from scratch (three depending on your opinion of the quality of B-4's persona) and transfer an entire human consciousness into a new body; I can see him managing to create a holographic program that would update itself according to what Julianna did after he installed the original chip.
  • The simplest explanation is that Noonien created the chip after android Juliana informed him that she was leaving. Since he knew that he didn't have it in himself to prevent her from leaving, as the "real Juliana would have", he probably shut her down quickly and created the automated FAQ program, then reactivated her where upon she left.
• When discussing whether to tell Juliana about her true nature, no one even acknowledges that she's married. At no point is it considered whether to inform her husband or perhaps allow him to inform her.
