- So the symbiote Black Cat has a screech attack that will significatly injure Spidey if he's in the Black Suit. So uh, shouldn't that also apply to Cat?
- It's somewhat possible that, like Carnage in the comics, she developed a resistance/immunity to sonics. Another problem remains, though; why does the attack hurt Spidey less when he's wearing the red costume, seeing as how the symbiote is nevertheless still attached to him?
- That may work the same way radiation does. In that direct exposure is worse than indirect exposure.
- The symbiote is underneath the suit when not being used. Rubber (or whatever it's made of) is an insulator. Sound waves move slower through the suit than in air, so it's not as loud.
