• When Polly Perkins and Sky Captain arrive at his devastated air base, they can't find his assistant Dex. Later on, Polly says that Dr. Totenkopf's female assassin is the one that took Dex. How exactly did she deduce this? Polly and Sky Captain had absolutely no way of knowing that the assassin was even present during the robot attack on the airbase, much less that she was involved in the kidnapping.
  • The Mysterious Woman is shown to be present at the air base when Sky Captain and Polly arrive there, and we see her calling off the robots that are attacking Sky Captain. The audience can assume that Polly saw her there.
