• If all the Patch Tribesmen are named after periodic elements, what elements are Lip and Rap supposed to be?

• How does Yoh not know about Oversoul? If he is representative of all shaman, there are a lot of pretty basic skills they are only learning as part of the tournament. And then the test to enter the tournament is to land one blow on the evaluator. It's like they all just graduated from white belts but are considered masters.
