• Meta-example: Why have a picture of Ali Lohan when there's enough pictures of Lindsay at about the same age?
• Neither Dakota nor anyone tries to compare scars, moles, etc. that Aubrey had with Dakota, which would have alerted everyone to the twin concept pretty quick.
• How is it that the killer can get the drop on a fit, grown man like Daniel, yet is no match for a scrawny, drug-addled hooker missing an arm and a leg?
• How is it that Aubrey and Dakota haven't been getting synchronized injuries all along?
  • More minor everyday injuries might not be strong enough for the other twin to feel. Aubrey's situation in the movie is so severe that if that couldn't cross a telepathic link to her twin, then nothing could. As for the cut one of the girls received at the beach, it must have been serious enough to require stitches, at the very least.
