Headscratchers / Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony

• In the game the Bahama Mamas nightclub is inaccessible because the bouncers won't let Luis in because of him running a competing club that is not friendly to Bahama Mamas but in the mission "Boulevard Baby" Luis is let in without any problems, why would the bouncers refuse to let Luis in but in the mission they do? Not only that but Luis enters the club while skipping the line and is not even searched for any weapons.
• Does anyone else wonder if Niko and Luis would get along if the situation were different and they partnered up for a mission.
