Why does Missilis have no deputy CEOs or people in analogous positions who could immediately take over in case Syuen is killed by a Nikke who's hadenough of her mistreatment, gets lost on the surface as a result of an April Fools prank, has a plain heart attack or is sentenced to Nikkefication? As things stand, without Syuen, Missilis would fall apart, taking the Ark down with it due to how important of a company it is, which effectively made Syuen immune to Enikk's judgement, forcing the latter to invent a creative way to punish her for her wrongdoings in Chapter 24 as the Ark's very existence indirectly hinges on Syuen's safety and remaining in the position of Missilis CEO. How come the Ark hasn't mandated the Big Three to put measures in place to prevent the CEOs from being irreplaceable?
This is similar to how big companies work in South Korea, where they are usually run by families, deposing the CEO is not exactly an easy thing to do, and the companies themselves are so important to the country's economy that should they collapse, they are likely to take said economy down with them, or at least inflict catastrophic damage. If that's what informed the status of the Big Three in the Ark, it's a case of Creator's Culture Carryover both in space (since the Ark isn't made out to be Korean in terms of overall culture) and time.
