- So does LOTR exist in the world of DMOTR as a book? The first annotation seems to imply that it exists and the players somehow simply haven't heard of it. However, later strips seem to imply that the DM wrote the story himself and is only presenting it in campaign format because he wants someone to listen to it. Which is correct?
- The first annotation is basically Early-Installment Weirdness, and the development into the latter is a sort of Characterization Marches On for the comic.
