- Mario Gets His PINGAS Stuck In The Door starts with the front door of Mario's house inexplicably slamming on his genitals. Then aliens abduct Mario with the door still latched onto his poor mushroom, analyze Mario in his predicament, and then use their research to develop a cannon that launches doors that clamp onto the junk of any guy they hit.
- The second verse, same as the first, in Mario Gets His PINGAS Stuck In The Car Door, where Swag and his squad train in "the art of the door dickie", use said doors to swat back the aliens' doors, and commandeer cars by slamming their doors against their junk.
- Poor Mario is on the receiving end of this by a Mario Mask-possessed Luigi in "Mario's Mask of Madness".

- The Meme Games 2022: Kaizo's attempt at sabotaging Saiko during "Whack the Pingas" by throwing Boopkins at her results in her retaliating by throwing him back, hitting Kaizo below the belt and whacking his pingas instead. Mario decides that it counts and awards Saiko 10 points. And earlier, Bob ends up having a pingas nail him in the ovaries.
- At one point in Mario Screws in A Lightbulb, Toad kicks Mario in the pingas, represented by Robotnik's head fading from his crotch.
- During Mario Steals Your Liver, Bob reveals that he sold Mario's liver to someone. An enraged Meggy promptly stomps him between the legs.Bob: mY Ov Ar IeS!

- The Very Safe and Legal SMG4 Show has Depresso react to being forcibly dragged into the Gang's first scheme by kicking SMG3 in the "Eggdogs".
